Dec 07,2023Avoid!! After 17 days have recieved nothing - customer service fobbed me off. Check recent google reviews, others had same experience. *update. After ALOT of chasing,my parcel finally did arrive. I wouldn't use them again though for the stress & hassle.

Dec 07,2023Do not buy from this company! I paid for 48hour delivery and three weeks later I’m still waiting for the product. After emailing them, they told me they were contacting the other warehouse to find out why it’s late and then nothing. Guarantee they sold the product without having it in stock.

Dec 07,2023I have to agree with all the one star reviewers although zero is more realistic. This should not be allowed to happen but alas it does and I hope that many more people express their unfortunate experience regarding this farcical company and wipe them off the face of the planet. Anything but a one star review is a false review.

Dec 07,2023Ordered 2 weeks ago on a 48 hour delivery. After 6 days with no dispatch notification I called up and spent 30 minutes on hold to be told that two of the items were coming from other warehouses - the decent thing to do here would be to either dispatch what they had or at the very least email to let the customer know about the delay - but instead they did nothing. The agent said the missing items are due in over the next few days and the parcel would be dispatched early the following week so I asked if cancelling these two items would speed up delivery and I was told yes. They subsequently cancelled them but this made no apparent difference to the delivery and the order took another 4 days to dispatch anyway. Items now received but would I order from them again - no

Dec 06,2023I ordered one item on 8th Nov. It has been 'processing' ever since. I sent two emails requesting an update and had no acknowledgement. I tried to call to cancel my order on several occasions and just got a very annoying recorded message suggesting i buy more toys with naf circus music to accompany it. Today i have been refunded, again no communication, i only knew when i checked my bank account for another reason. Maybe i have been unlucky, there are lots of good reviews for this company but i dont fancy playing 'russian roulette' and ordering again. Its disappointing because i dont always want to use the big company beginning with A but their customer service is far superior to Toy Street in my experience.

Dec 06,2023I haven’t got my order since 1 month.. asked for cancellation… nobody is responding anymore… I opened a case with PayPal and now waiting for them to return my money. I will inform other institutions that this shop is untrustworthy and fraud !!

Dec 04,2023Order placed 25th of November. Confirmation order received but no update since. Have now been waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes and no answer! I don't mind if there is a reason an order has been delayed but this lack of communication and lack of customer service is not acceptable. I wish I had of read the reviews first!

Dec 03,2023Absolute joke of a company ordered on 6th Nov heard nothing, don't reply to emails only open between 10/3 take ages to answer the phone so you sit there listening to fun fun fun !!!! Said they'd get manager to chase it up still heard nowt !!! I rang up again on the 30th November they told me the same crap as before I then asked for a refund !!

Dec 01,2023Placed the order 2 weeks ago with 48 hour deliver. There was no update until I called them and they advised they were still awaiting a few items to get to the warehouse before they dispatched the whole order. Asked them to dispatch to us regardless which they did but now shipping company has said they hadn’t processed the order correctly so they’re waiting for them to provide an update. Order has still not arrived. Call time waits between 15-30 mins each time. Really poor customer service and help to resolve.

Dec 09,2023I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but feel it’s only fair to warn other potential customers. I ordered items that were “in stock” they say they aim to ship within 24 hours and and standard shipping is 2-3 days. After 2 weeks of not receiving the order I contacted them and was told that the items were coming from a different warehouse and to let them know if I hadn’t received a despatch email in 3-5 days so I waited another week and still nothing. I wouldn’t want anyone to fall for this and order items that are supposedly in stock expecting to get them before Christmas. I have given 2 stars as they did refund me after I told them I couldn’t risk waiting any longer without a confirmed date and would have to order elsewhere.
