Placed an order on 9th November, expecting delivery by 11th as advertised. Nothing had arrived by 17th so I chased, only to be told one item was at another warehouse and would be dispatched in 3 to 5 days. Chased on 24th as no dispatch email received and was told the other warehouse would be chased up. That's when I checked out the company reviews and found this is a standard issue for them, so cancelled on 27th Nov. Now have a 5-10 day wait for a refund. Won't come near this company ever again
Placed my order almost 3 weeks ago. Numerous attempts at contact and they just say it’s coming from another warehouse. Now I’ve asked for a refund and just no reply. The item is still listed in stock with next day delivery. They clearly don’t have it. It would be nice for them to be honest and refund so I can get it somewhere else.
Placed £125 order on 2/11/23. Delivery confirmed by them, for 2-5 days. Nothing has ever turned up. Contacted by phone, (nightmare tho, so be warned..over an hour on hold with the most annoying recorded message 'Fun, Fun,Fun' and no, it wasn't! I have requested a refund but not yet received. i would not buy from them again.
A few years ago I ordered a product and it arrived okay however this company is not fulfilling my order from over two weeks ago. They do not answer the phone and they do not reply to emails requesting info as to where order is. I do not believe the reviews giving it five stars. I’m going to see if my bank will reimburse me for the loss.
I ordered 3 items from them on 11th Nov. It stated that all items were in stock and they would be delivered within a couple of working days. I got a confirmation email to say that they order was being processed and then heard and received nothing. A couple of weeks later I contacted them to ask where my order was, only to be told, 'We have investigated this and there has been a stock issue with # which has resulted in a delay to your order being shipped. Our procurement team are working hard to get this for you from our supplier, and we will ship your order to you as soon as possible.' Interesting that it's a copy and pasted reply with a space to add the name of the product (where I've added the #) and the person sending the email didn't bother to do so. Obviously this is something they do on a regular basis. I then emailed them to ask for a refund and they didn't reply. After holding on the phone for ages this morning I've finally talked to someone who said they'll process a refund for me. No apology, very run of the mill. This is obviously bread and butter to them. So they've had my money now for all this time and have done absolutely nothing and didn't bother to contact me to say there was a problem with the order. They undercut prices that other sellers are charging so people go to them. DON'T!

You only need to read the reviews on here to know that you're not going to receive the items you paid for. I wish I'd checked trustpilot before ordering, I'm now £50 out of pocket.. thankfully it wasn't more.
No order recieved, impossible to contact. Looking at companies house it looks like this company is about to fold

Shocking company. Get told it will be dispatched in next 3/5 days and never does and continue to get the response no matter how many you try. Been a month and was advised 48 hours on the website, was told that it's stored at another warehouse and this is the reason for delay but website doesn't state which items are at another warehouse. Will never order again as no sign of refund
AVOID! Unfortunately my purchase never arrived. Email response was the same as others have reported about the item coming from another warehouse. Waiting another week but nothing. Tried calling but it was not answered and cut-off after 10mins of listening to the most annoying hold music/messages I have ever experienced. The birthday the toy was purchased for came and went so it was Amazon to the rescue. So will not be using again. Have emailed to request a refund. Will update my review if I get it. Update 27/11/23 - Full refund received.
Ordered on the 6th still not posted by the 20th a delay between their warehouses could not give any information on delivery or when it will be sent from the external warehouse. Asked for a refund and send it was done and hung up don't use this seems to be a common issue with them.
Order made 01/11/23. No delivery, tel calls not answered, no response to emails. Now nearly £150 out of pocket and no presents for grandchildren. Shocking.
10 days, no items, no word or anything. PayPal auto refunded... But inexplicably not the full amount. Bizarre and disappointing experience and put me off using these again
I ordered on 15th October. Paid for express delivery. After 1 week, called and was told one item from another warehouse was delaying order so I cancelled that item. My other item was then sent a couple of days later. Upon receipt was a totally different item to what I had ordered. -I called and was given a ticket to send back and was told they didn't know if they had my original item in stock or if it was a warehouse mistake but that I would hear back. Have heard nothing. Can see the item was receipted back to Toy Street on 10th Nov. No acknowledgement. I called today and they now say closed after 3 pm (website still says 5pm). -Presumably I won't get the £3 I paid for shipping an item I didn't want back either. Will NOT be using again and would advise against anyone else ordering too.
I ordered The Snowman bean toy on the 5 November I missed the 6 pm deadline ordering for next day delivery but assumed that. I would get it on the 7th of November. Yesterday I emailed Toy Street for an update and tracking number there was no reply, emailed again 10th November with the same request, no reply. I know it is early days but do not state next day delivery when it cannot be guaranteed
Consistently dodgy 'sale' pricing, bad packaging and poor customer service. Save yourself some trouble and shop elsewhere.
Very poor company. Do not be misled by the next day delivery. I hadn't had my order after 3 weeks. Customer service is hopeless just say waiting item from another warehouse. I think this company is a joke. Try calling them and you are left hanging on for ages. My advice go elsewhere
Same as zatu the same company. Were good when they started and then quickly went down hill. Its endless issues and problems with them and literally no customer service at all. They sent me an order. It turned up and was damaged sent it back using their provided returns. Then after having it for aweek they said they didnt receive it. Tracking says otherwise. Then they change theyre mind now they have recived it. Its now been nearly a month and still no refund. Now reporting them to trading standards, the ombudsman and HMRC. Theft and fraud is not acceptable. This company is not fit for purpose!
