Ordered from Australia in the beginning of December, got my order in perfect condition in time for Christmas. It was a couple of days late - it's Christmas time - it's always hard to judge the mail at this time of year. So I enquired on the status of my order and my email was responded to in a very timely manner. Very happy with my purchase, would happily purchase again.
Do not order from this company I ordered my son a Christmas present from here on 16th November Got an email saying they will deliver with yodel 48 4 weeks later still no product and excuse after excuse from customer services I asked 2 weeks ago will it be here in time for Xmas and was assured it would be Do not purchase anything from this company
Avoid this website at all costs. Ordered in November for 48hr delivery and no sign of it weeks later. Emailed them and they said that it's in a warehouse on its way and should receive a dispatch email within 3 to 5 days. Still nothing. Have emailed them for a refund and still waiting 8 days later for money back.
Can’t seem to get through for an order made on 1st December no despatch and no replies to emails
This company have had my money since 28th November but are withholding my goods. Haven't responded to ny last 7 or emails at all. They are breaking the law ***AVOID THIS COMPANY ***

Awful, would give no stars if possible. Product never arrived, despite two day delivery. Kept chasing them and they kept giving excuses only to eventually tell me the product was 'damaged'. I believe they over sold the product. Asked for a refund and after over a week I have still not received it despite me reconfirming that it was cancelled. My order on the website is still showing as 'processing'. Will be reporting to the ombudsman and trading standards first thing Monday morning. You can see from reviews and their social media that this is happening to a huge amount of customers. Also due to their negligence I was unable to get the product elsewhere as they messed me around for so long that it sold out everywhere else.
Ordered item on 30th Nov 2-3 working day delivery, called 8 days later as no email to advise delivery & told it was being transferred between warehouses, if not with me in 2-3 days call again. Called again on 15th & told they were still waiting for it to come in!!!! Refund requested. Appear to be selling items not in stock.
As others have found the order has not been received after several weeks. I've called twice during this time to chase, experiencing long phone wait times and the most annoying hold jingle on the face of the planet. I've talked to Jason, who was polite - but nothing has been actioned as advised. Phone lines are 10am to 3pm with a realistic 1hr wait time. I was told if the item delaying the order was not received, it could be cancelled - really not helpful at this time of the year, I ordered in November. The excuse given is that one order item is coming from a different warehouse. I suspect they're actually dropshipping so don't hold stock and this is the reason for the delay as it needs to come from mainland Europe. The experience and service is unacceptable - I wanted to use an independent store if possible, but honestly regret placing the order.
Do not waste your time and money ordering from this company. Ordered a gift that according to their website would take 2-3 days to arrive, 16 working days later still no package. If you call their telephone number you are on hold for over 40 mins then get cut off, no tracking number provided. On their homepage they only show the 5 star reviews, not the 1 star ones, AVOID!
Dreadful - waste of time - waited 3 weeks for a delivery, receiving several emails stating my items would be sent soon but nothing arrived. Unable to get through on the phone but had to sit listening to an inane woman telling me Toy street was ‘where the fun is’ and ‘fun fun fun’. Only one response to multiple emails. Am forcing refund via PayPal
Should have read the other reviews. Order placed in November, still haven’t received. Told on a phone call about 2 weeks ago that my order would be with me soon. Then told about their ‘other warehouse’ in an email. Glad I paid by PayPal. Will be claiming my money back today.
Unfortunately a similar experience regarding item coming from another warehouse etc to no avail. Repeated excuses for nearly a month. Garbage.
Ordered a soft toy that didn’t appear. Sent several emails asking where my order was and they assured me that my order was coming from another warehouse and would arrive. Weeks on I have not received either the toy or the refund I requested for breaking their contract to deliver the goods I had paid for. They have in effect stolen my money. DO NOT order from this company.
Been waiting 3 weeks. Several emails telling me times are on there way, automated replies that items are coming from a different warehouse. Made three phone calls, being cut off after over 40 mins wait time. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
14 working days and still no dispatch. Contacted the company 3 times. They claim it is coming ‘from a different warehouse’. Claiming my money back via Paypal. DO NOT order from this company.
Ordered £100+ worth of Gravitrax on 27 Nov all showing as "in stock" with 3-5 day delivery. Heard nothing for a week so emailed and was told "items are coming from another warehouse". Another week passed so I emailed again to be told "this has been passed to management and your items will be sent as soon as possible". I cancelled the order and took my money elsewhere. The items on the website are obviously not stocked and I would urge anyone reading this review to take their hard-earned money to a more reputable and professional retailer. Avoid like the plague!
I have been waiting for the parcel for more than a month. Customer service said it would dispatched shortly but nothing was done in the past 2 weeks. And I saw numerous similar reviews about this shop. Now I am requesting full refund but the line never connected. I think it is a fraud and never be back again. Everyone please think twice before.
Order an item still hasn’t arrived , been in contact with the and all I get is they have to get in touch with other warehouse but reassure me it will be with me to which still not arrived Sent a few emails again and no one as bothered to reply on my last emails I have also tried to call but either get put on hold and have to wait to which I did once for 30 minutes and then gave up So all in all it looks like I have been taken for my money to which I have emailed them to refund but nothing , and all this was for was my 1st grand daughters present for Christmas So thank you Toy Street Would not recommend them as absolutely disgusting service and a con so keep well away

Ring up and I’m told the product was faulty from an external warehouse and they don’t have an estimated date for when it’ll be stocked. No updates or communication, order cancelled, missing Xmas gift and an unhappy customer
