Nov 24,2022Be Warned - this site is owned by ZATU games - who have a terrible reputation for selling pre-orders that never arrive. We didn't know that they were the same company until after checkout when our account showed a charge to ZATU. We went here as it was one of the only shops showing unstuck item that we needed for Christmas - with next day guaranteed delivery - we bought item. Over a week later, no dispatch, today I rang - to be told it should never have been in stock and that it was a system sync error. I can tell you having worked in online retail... systems only show in stock what you tell it, is in stock. The item should be "restock - pre-order" as soon as I heard this I knew I would never see the game, and demanded a full refund. Please do not be fooled!

Nov 15,2022My item never arrived and it was placed almost two weeks ago(13 days) the tracking number cannot be of use as the royal mail tracking facilities are in works so I’m unable to see where my item has gone I have emailed the company and haven’t gotten a response. Very poor experience shopping here

Nov 06,2022I ordered two games which I have struggled to source elsewhere. The reviews were a little mixed and did make me feel nervous. However, this was plain sailing. I ordered, received a notification regarding confirmation and then further emails regarding dispatch and Royal Mail tracking. From purchase to arrive games came in 4 days in perfect condition. I never write reviews but felt I should in this case. Will definitely use again thank you toy street!

Nov 04,2022Dommage mais je ne reviendrais pas. J'ai passé une commande, un gros jeu et une broutille. Gros jeu finalement en rupture j'ai reçu ma broutille après avoir payé les frais de douane. J'aurais préféré qu'on me demande si j'etais tuojours interessé avant de me l'envoyer.

Sep 28,2022Really disappointed in the after sales service. I ordered an item on Friday 23rd Sept - the toy was competitively priced and with the promise of 48 hour delivery it seemed a good deal....fast forward to 11 am on Weds the 28th and still no sign of the toy....a 7 minute wait to the "helpline" to discover the toy hadn't even been despatched.....over promise and under deliver = disappointed customer now going to Argos and paying £5 more but at least I'll get it today! Update: although it doesn’t change my review. I was pleased Toy Street took the time to respond and with Christmas approaching maybe I’ll give them another chance but allow plenty of time for delivery 😉

Sep 28,2022Ordered kitchen online, order fulfilled quickly even during a Mail strike. Able to build kitchen no problem, instructions easy to follow and all packaged up perfectly. Really sturdy kitchen, little boy loves playing with it and loves pretend play with his new kitchen. Cheapest place to purchase online.

Sep 22,2022Sent me an email after the goods should have arrived to tell me they sold me items which were not in stock and now 3-5 days for a refund! Now got to scramble to find them from somewhere else cause it makes me look bad!

Sep 22,2022Website showed product was instock so I ordered in good faith. 2 days later I then receive an email stating the website was incorrect and the product wasn’t available. This is an extremely basic thing to get right and it’s now left me with a problem in finding an alternative. I won’t be reusing this untrustworthy company again
