Slightly apprehensive, given some of the reviews, but needed an item delivered at late notice for Christmas due to change of plans. Item was received within the stated 48 hours and a family game of fun was had on Christmas day.

Ik had begin December een Timio player besteld voor mijn kleinkind hare kerstmis .Het is nu 28 december nog steeds niets ontvangen.Heb mijn geld teruggevraagd geen antwoord meer gekregen .Dus dat ben ik ook kwijt.Nooit meer !

We found this company whilst looking for Christmas presents for our two small children. Items seemed well priced and competitive. We found that the only option for delivery was Parcel Force, rather than some of the more competitively priced companies to be a shame. But payed the expensive price anyway. The company claims to have next day delivery, but did not even DISPATCH our item for 12 days. After making a complaint about it not been sent out to parcel force, we were just told sorry. It almost did not arrive for Christmas even though the purchase was made well in advance. The replies from the company didn't seem to care as now they had our money. A very disappointing service, and would not trust them again.

Excellent communication from the team. Responses withing 24hours and dealt with concerns regarding postal strikes. Dispatch was a little slower than I expected but reasonable answer given regarding this. Product well packaged. Thank you

Ordered a board game at beginning of November - paid £32. Received nothing . Not even a message that it has been shipped or attempted to be shipped . It’s a Christmas present for my son - or was ! Can someone contact about a refund please ?

Avoid no order no customer service Ordered for Christmas on the 11th of December with 48 hour delivery - still processing. phone lines never open - no response on Social Media - worried how many Christmasses will be ruined

I ordered two items on 26th November, thinking I had plenty of time to receive them before Christmas. On 7th December I emailed to say I hadn't received the items yet and would like the tracking number so I could see where the parcel was. I assumed the Royal Mail strikes had caused the delay. I received a response on 8th December saying one of my items was being delivered to their main warehouse and I should receive a dispatch notification in the next 3-5 working days. On 12th December I emailed to say I still hadn't received a dispatch email and asked for my delivery to be upgraded to Royal Mail 24 so I was in with a chance of receiving the items before Christmas. I received a response on the 13th saying this had been done. On 16th December I emailed once more asking them if they did in fact have the items in stock, and if not to please let me know so I could cancel my order. On 19th December I received a standard reply saying my order had been cancelled and a refund issued. Did they ever have the items? Only they know. I hung on because the items were considerably cheaper on their website but I suppose you can list items at whatever price you like if you're never going to actually send them! Absolute waste of time. I would steer clear.

Avoid them!! Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago all of our daughters Christmas presents. Didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks so emailed and they said the bike was coming from another warehouse…why wasn’t I made aware of this at the time of ordering? Said it would be dispatched in a week which of course it wasn’t. Rang last Friday and the lady was really unhelpful / rude. Said she would expedite the order with the warehouse because it was now in stock. Then get an email today saying no it’s not shall they refund?! I’ve said yes and send the other items on express delivery due to strikes but still NO reply. You have a lot of my money I’m so disappointed. Wish I had read other reviews before as it seems they do this all the time.

Paid for a marble game on the 7th December and heard nothing since! Even emailed them but no response. A real let down as a gift for my little boy. I have emailed you and it took three days for you to get back! I have had to give up on you as you still can’t advise a delivery date! I have requested a refund but you have also ignored this. All you do is waste my time! UPDATE I cancelled my order and asked for a refund it, they ignored it. They have now sent via Royal Mail and just totally ignored my request. I will not get it in time now for my little boy for Christmas.

Ordered a board game from these guys with next day delivery on a Saturday that was cheaper than anywhere else and was actually in stock. I then read all the negative reviews on here an panicked an thought I was never gonna get the item. I needn’t have worried! 3 hours after ordering I had a tracking number and 10am the next day the item arrived in perfect condition well packaged! Don’t get mislead this is in no way a scam site an they even have a store.

This website is a scam, don't use Ordered my kid's christmas present on the 5th of December. They took payment. Ordered it for next day shipment. 10 days later....still not shipped. Emailed them after 5 days and they said it was on the way...emailed again and now not responding. Looks like lots of people are having the same problem. AVOID.

I ordered a whole bunch of things for the kids for Christmas on November 27th. It took almost a week before my order was completed which I thought curious because on previous occasions everything was done in a matter of a few days. This time around however, even though the order was completed (according to their website), it wasn't sent out (I had not received a tracking number or email confirmation). I called and was told it would be send out the same day and could expect an email with tracking number. I got nothing that day. A few days later I get an email that my shipment was larger than expected and that I had to pay an extra 40 GBP or I could cancel the order. I asked them if I could simply split the order and save some money on shipping that way and that was possible. Sure enough the first shipment of two shipments was sent out promptly but unfortunately I am still waiting for the second shipment to be send out and I have no idea what the hold up is. Whenever I call customer support, they tell me they will get in touch with warehouse and sort it out and that I can expect an email with a tracking number the same day but again I have received nothing. It's been more than 2 weeks now how hard can it be to contact warehousing and ask them what the hold up is?

Purchased a board game online and received mail confirmaton, stating this was to be delivered via RM 48 hrs delivery. This was two weeks ago, and there was no further communication regarding my order. I have emailed them inquiring about where my order is. I have not received an answer yet. Not even a standard acknowledgment email. I have managed to get through to their customer service via telephone, and was told that the item is actaully on pre-order and will take up to two months to recieve it. This was not stated on the website at the time of ordering, however, it seems that it has been updated since to show this. I was offered a refund, which should be in my account in 3-5 days. It is very dissapointing as it's a child's Christmas gift, and the fact that it's not avaiable for two months should have been obvious when ordering few weeks before Christmas UPDATE- Thank you for your response, I do appreciate these things can happen, but website needs to be updated regularly with relevant info. Great to see you are taking feedback onboard

Goods not as expected so I returned item waited for refund, was told 21st Nov would get refund by end of that week, still nothing. Got in touch they asked for tracking details which I gave, then told I'd be getting full refund...still waiting!

Ordered last week and picked a delivery option to arrive at the beginning of this week. Goods not even dispatched until 4 days after the delivery due date. Using the Royal Mail strikes as an excuse- but even Royal Mail at its best cannot deliver something they have failed to dispatch. They say they use DPD (I think) as well but are not offering g to use any other method to get my order to me in time. Website still says they will do a next day or 48 he delivery - yet this is false. (Nothing to do with mail strikes- everything to do with false information and inefficiency.
