This is the first time I have bought from Toy Street. My item was dispatched the same day I ordered it. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I bought a game for my grandson and it was very reasonably priced. I would recommend Toy Street.

Don't ever try to buy from this company, they are a total SCAM. Their customer service is an automated service where it says office is closed but the time I called is within the office hours! They do not process orders at all!

I bought this for a young man that has cerebral palsy and ms and other conditions whom i am a carer for. He collects batman figures and i got this one as a treat. He was absolutely made up with this and it has took pride of place in his collection. Personally i thought it was very well made and brilliant value for money and definitely would buy from you again. Delivery was very fast too. Thank you for your service.

I read the reviews and was unsure but thought lets give it ago as it was alot cheaper than other places, it arrived next day even thou i paid for normal delivery which was amazing, im very happy as it was the correct item and i got it half the price of bigger retail company’s would 100% recommend

I ordered some Sylvanian Families toys on the site as they were much cheaper than elsewhere.Toy Street were great but I was let down by the courier Yodel (the delivery driver split something on the package which seeped into the boxes, ruining them unfortunately). Thankfully, Toy Street's customer service was brilliant. I got a no-quibble refund and the guy I dealt with was very professional and super-courteous. Will definitely be shopping with them again. I'm actually surprised to read the minority of bad reviews here given my very positive experience!

Ordered on 1st March for my daughter’s birthday, received a completely different item. After bringing it to their attention, I was sent a return label with no explanation, and eventually found out the never stocked the item they had advertised! They received the item back on the 10th March and now I am not getting replies to emails nor have I got any sign of a refund. When I do get replies from customer service, it’s a copy and paste generic reply that takes no notice of the email you’ve sent them. This company needs reporting.

Wish I read the reviews first!!! Order Xmas presents on the 12th Dec. Paid £40 for delivery to make sure they got her on time. It's is now the 14th March!!! No sign of my order. Customer services is shocking!!! Blaming the courier services. The replies they write back to people are Laughable. Nobody gets refunds, nobody gets answers. The shop should be investigated for how much money they have stolen off people. Please don't bother patronizing me by replying with your lame excuses to this review!
