Aug 25,2024Appalling. Avoid avoid !! Sold an item they didn’t have in stock. Took my money to order. Said delivery due in 2 days. No emails or texts. Several calls (after emails ignored) to establish item was not in stock. They said it was arriving from warehouse that day and being posted. Still no arrival. Then admitted not in stock in warehouse and no idea when would get it. Again no email, no refund, no texts. I had to insist on refund or would take to small claims court. Refund will be 5-10 days. Worst company I’ve dealt with in years . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! ** still no refund. Case opened with PayPal investigating.

Aug 24,2024They took payment for a trampoline they did not have stock for and took two weeks to tell us they were cancelling the order. We still haven’t had the refund for the trampoline they never had to sell in the first place. No store credit or compensation offered for the inconvenience.

Aug 23,2024This company is a SCAM do NOT order from them. Ordered just ONE game in July, it is now almost September. Emailed them this week, they just sent a basic email back saying they will get back to me. Nothing else. Im just glad I only paid for the one game. Others have been in similar boat in recent times. Just avoid. We all want to support small companies but honestly go to Amazon, not these monkeys.

Aug 21,2024I ordered some Riddle Pics games from this website 25 days ago. Since then I've had no communication, no updated on shipping and still no sign of the product. I've contacted the store twice and had no reply. Very disappointed, would look elsewhere for your toys and games.

Significant Delays: I placed an order on July 13th. However, as of now, I still haven't received my order. The company has not provided a clear explanation for the delay, which has extended well beyond the estimated delivery window. 2. Lack of Communication: There was no proactive communication from Toy Street regarding the delay. I had to reach out multiple times for updates, and the responses were unhelpful, offering no explanation for the lack of prior communication. 3. Unhelpful Customer Service: When I inquired about compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay, the customer service response was dismissive. They stated that delivery dates are only estimates and refused to offer any form of compensation or goodwill gesture, despite their failure to meet even these estimates. 4. Concerns About Review Transparency: My experience contrasts sharply with the positive reviews displayed prominently on their website from "Reviews.io." After researching on more reputable platforms such as this one, I found numerous complaints similar to mine, raising concerns about the reliability of the reviews Toy Street showcases. Overall, my experience with Toy Street has been frustrating and disappointing. Jul 17,2024First time ordering and what a terrible experience. I actually had forgotten I had even placed the order as had had zero emails other than the confirmation. So a month later I get in contact and they say they can see there is a delay but have no further info and would be in contact with me - of course they weren't!!! I waited another week and still no delivery or emails. So called again and again had no info as to why it was delayed. I decided to just cancel at this point and order elsewhere - I don't want to support Amazon etc but what can you do when smaller companies can't help. So disappointing

Jul 17,2024I ordered a book from them in June 1st they didn't even attempt to send it out til July 2nd over a month after I ordered it when their website says a 2 day turn around for sending out orders. I received my order on the 11th and what I received when it arrived was a toy tire, not the book I ordered. I've been trying to reach out to them for a refund, even stating that I'd send them back the toy tire and they are giving me the run around. Avoid this store at all cost this is most likely a scam site.

Aug 28,2024This is the second time I've used Toy street and they do arrive when they say they will in the email. I think I ordered a restock item so it took 9 days to arrive. Really impressed with the price and postage cost too. Have already recommended to a friend :)
