Apr 13,2025Numéro de commande: 56036863, passée le 04 février 2025, Vendu et expédié par: Tradeinn. J’ai contacté mondial relay qui me dit que le 14 mars 2025 ils ont remboursés tradein suite à un incident sur notre livraison. Malgré les réponses de tradeinn de contacter le service client : support@tradeinn, aucunes réponses ne nous ait données, si ce n’est des réponses automatiques nous disant à chaque fois que le service compétent examine notre dossier et qu’ils nous tiendrons informés de toute information pertinente!!! Sauf que je les ai encore relancé le 08 avril pour toujours avoir la même réponse! En attendant nous n’avons pas été remboursés et nous n’avons toujours pas notre commande! Fuyez ce site , abstenez-vous de commander, ils ne sont pas honnêtes, vous allez vous faire voler votre argent sans recevoir votre commande.

Apr 13,2025site calamiteu, aucun suivi des problémes ! colis perdu ! Commande passé il y a un mois et demi pour un vélo et de multiples accessoires (la facture est importante), soit disant le colis est perdu par le transporteur, aucune information de la part du site, aucune information sur la prise en charge de mon problème ! Uniquement de réponses automatique de leur part ! bref rien n est fait pour que je puisse obtenir ma commande, vu le délais écoulé ils auraient même pût/dût refaire un envoie ! Je pense même pas pouvoir être remboursé des frais de port (50€!!), bref ce site est une vraie calamité, passé votre chemin !

Apr 13,2025Voltei a comprar na Tradeinn desta fez Tradeinn/Goalinn material de futebol umas calças de guarda redes. Mais um vez tudo correu bem oprazo de entrega foram respeitado. Apenas tem de se ter atenção se tem stock caso contrário vai demorar o envío

Apr 12,2025Vorsicht, Firma betreibt betrügerische Praktiken! Rücksendungen werden nicht entgegengenommen, hatte ein Paket drei Mal nach Spanien geschickt, auf eigene Kosten, um es danach wieder zu erhalten, musste die Artikel abschreiben. Firma vertröstet mit nichtssagenden Antworten oder antwortet gar nicht. Die Antworten des Kundenservices hier bedeuten gar nichts, das ist pure PR, die vielen katastrophalen Bewertungen zeigen, dass hier nicht nur Inkompetent herrscht, sondern knallharter Betrug! Nie wieder!

Apr 12,2025Très déçu par cette enseigne. Un produit soi-disant dispo à mis plus de 2 semaines à être livré malgré mes relances et des réponses impersonnelles automatiques. Même pas d'excuses ou de geste commercial pour un cadeau que je n'ai pas pu offrir à temps. Je n'achèterai plus chez ce marchand !

They are not giving us the instructions of how to return and instead offering a shitty partial refund. I am so frustrated with the service, slow and inefficient, is a joke! AI response below!! You are not allowing us to have a returns label!! AVOID TGIS COMPANY

Apr 12,2025Twee maanden lang zelf in contact treden, geen enkel begrip tonen en mij zelf uit laten zoeken waar een pakket is dat zij notabene versturen. En dat niet binnen een dag of twee, nee na vier; viér weken!!! Koop hier nooit en niets wanneer je jezelf een hoop ergernis en teleurstelling wilt besparen. Wil je stress voor je 200,- zoals in mijn geval bestel dan vooral op de site van Tradein!!! Wees je dan wel gewaarschuwd.

Commandé en L selon le guide des tailles de la marque du produit (Zoggs) repris sur votre site et reçu en M. Vu la lourdeur des procédures de retour et les délais de transport excessivement longs, je capitule mais ne recommande vraiment pas votre site.

Apr 12,2025Avoid this company at all costs.They have sent the wrong item and are claiming it s the correct one.I have sent 6 photos for evidence and they are still refusing to send a free returns label.Constantly sending genereic emails to waste more time and cause delays hoping that you will give up.The goods also look fake.Im fortunate to have used Paypal who will claim my money back from these fraudsters.Please look at the other reviews on trust pilot before you trust this company.

Never was delivered and Tradeinn CS told me over and over again my order was only hours from reaching delivery center. A month later and no package. No explanation and very rude custom service. Stay away from this company

Apr 13,2025Bought an item which never arrived, that was now over 3 months ago and I am still yet to receive my item or a refund, therefore this company has stolen from me. I’ve been back and forth with the support team who keep going round and round in circles trying delay tactics rather than actually resolving the issue. Absolutely shocking company and won’t be using them again
