Jan 14,2019Truth Legal handled my case proficiently and professionally. Helen, gave good quality impartial advice, even when it was hard to hear. Being in a vulnerable position after being let down by a couple of firms previously, left me with a deep mistrust of the legal system. I therefore followed my gut and ditched these previous solicitors, as I felt they were not doing what they should be in my case. I eventually stumbled across Truth Legal by chance on the Internet at the ninth hour, in desperation to get someone to listen to my predicament, after being left with speech and other problems from my accident. TruthLegal, guided me through a very difficult and confusing process and found me a good barrister too. I have already recommended them to others.

Dec 23,2018I was unexpectedly put in a situation which turned absolutely everything upside down. Mentally, it was the toughest time of my life and although it was a situation I hadn't chosen to be in, I was in it and I needed legal expertise to help me prove what I knew had happened. I spoke to various solicitors before finding Navya. Most were charging an extortionate amount to review my case, without any guarantee that I even had a case that could be taken forward. I came across Truth Legal one night and from the minute this happened, a weight was lifted and I felt for the first time that there was light at the end of a very black tunnel. From start to finish, Navya was a pillar of strength for me through a really difficult time. She gave me guidance, expertise and I felt that she genuinely had my best interests at heart throughout. She went beyond the call of duty and surpassed any expectations I had of her. My case was closed with a favourable outcome (thanks to Navya) and I have been able to move on mentally from what happened. I cant recommend Navya and Truth Legal enough. If there was a way to give 6 out of 5 stars, I would! And, although I certainly dont miss the stress of what I went through, I miss speaking to Navya, she is an amazing lady. I will be eternally grateful.

In my case in particular, I struggled to find a solicitor who showed understanding and compassion of what I was going through and the emotional side of this. They showed a lot of compassion and patience, genuine caring and that matters a great deal especially after being involved in an accident. Very professional, always ensuring I understood everything and throughout the case they kept me posted with regular updates. Nothing was ever too much!

Truth Legal mobilised their best lawyers on Saturday evening and negotiated on our behalf in an extremely swift and professional manner. They went way beyond what any business from any industry would do. I cannot compliment them highly enough.
