Jul 31,2019Helen Beaumont was my solicitor for my car accident claim at Truth Legal Solicitors and I have to say how happy I am with the results. Helen is an outstanding solicitor and she knows everything in relation to my case and dealt with everything exceptionally well. I am so grateful that I was able to transfer my case over to Helen as my *bolt on insurance solicitors* were absolutely terrible and did not help my case at all baring in mind that I was hit by another driver at 70 miles per hour on the motorway. Helen took over and completely transformed the mess that was created by the other solicitors. Helen has been so great to communicate with and has made the whole process stress free, I received updates frequently so I am not under pressure wondering what is going on etc. I would rate Helen 10 stars if it was possible as it was one of the best services I have ever received and the fact that I was able to win my case more than 4 times more than I was offered originally. I would recommend Truth Legal to all of my friends and family and would make sure that they contact Helen as she has been the best! Thank you once again Truth Legal and most of all Helen.

From the initial response right through my end conversation, I felt confident and at ease with the information I received. The communication was honest and made complete sense to me, nothing was too difficult to understand, and I felt as though I could deal with my issue more effectively once I got off the phone. It is a daunting experience dealing with legal situations when you’re not used to the minefield that follows, but I can honestly say, truth legal really made my call worthwhile and my decision much easier to approach. The service I received was professional, courteous and prompt. It turned what was initially a painful experience into a successful claim for compensation. I was very anxious taking the matter to solicitors but Andrew Gray immediately put me at ease and explained the process clearly. I had an accident at a public event and my case was not easy as it involved several Defendants. Catherine Reynolds professionalism and tenacity combined with genuine care and concern for me and my case was exemplary. I would recommend Truth Legal without hesitation.

Jun 20,2019After experiencing an RTA that wasn't my fault , I started a PI claim with a well known legal firm, however, because my case involved significant injuries this firm just couldn't accommodate any claim beyond mild whiplash, I therefore looked elsewhere and came across Truth Legal, they have an altogether difference approach I felt they listed to my concerns took my case seriously and approached the case with my interests at heart. Helen, with Truth Legal, always worked hard, provided profession advice and provided a clear explanation to how the case would run and develop. Highly recommended.

Apr 26,2019I contacted Truth legal to take over a long standing personal injury claim that was not being dealt with in the manner I expected by another set of solicitors. Helen Beaummont was put in charge of the case and her advice, professionalism and knowledge were exceptional. I was kept up to date of where we were with the case and the options available to me. She was understanding of the difficult financial problems the accident had put on myself and my family (sorting out interim payents when required) As well sorting out payment for mental health treatment. The total paypout was better than I was expecting, but the understanding and guidance through these difficult few years are the thing I will take away from this. I hope I do not have to go through this again, but would recommend Truth legal for anyone that does!

I was also in complete denial about my situation but my husband recommended that we get legal advice and I am now so grateful to Truth Legal and Navya, who looked after my case, for their professionalism and support through an incredibly tough time. Navya’s experience and ability to ‘read between the lines’ of my situation not only resulted in a positive result from a truly unthinkable situation it also allowed me to keep my dignity.
