Feb 27,2025This company is absolutely horrible. In July of 24 I received a notice of being sued by Citibank. I sent them the paper the same day I received it. I sent them an email and uploaded it in the dashboard as they instructed. Since July I have been requesting the status as the court date was in Oct. all I kept getting that it was being worked on and someone would get back to me. I kept calling and sending email and they do nothing. Then on Jan 25 a levy was put against my bank account for $17,000. This was $2000 more than the original amount owed. But since no one at Turnbull did thier job I had to pay. All they keep saying they are escalating this issue and it’s been over a month and still no one has let me know how they plan to compensate me. On top of that they have not update my account to show that this has been paid off. These are the worst people and company I have ever dealt with. They should be ashamed how they treat people that are looking for help.

Feb 26,2025Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I felt like a burden was lifted off of me and that my financial future was going to bright. It was so easy and fast. Everything was explained so well. They found a solution for me and now I don't feel so overwhelmed. ❤️

Feb 26,2025I just signed up with Turnbull the beginning of January. My first payment came out the beginning of February so nothing has been brought to fruition at this point in time. In an email they just reminded me of a fee that might be charged when they make a resolution to a debt, so I’m kind of waiting to see how that turns out.

Feb 24,2025Very deceptive approach to representing clients experiencing financial hardship. In summary, clients will immediately be advised to stop paying creditors to show hardship. Once your credit rating fails they will take advantage of the situation. Turnbull will remove debts they agreed to negotiate without notice. If they do successfully negotiate a debt they take there fees out immediately, choosing not to pay the settlement. Personally, I am yet to see if they will actually pay the "negotiated settlement" ever. The client service departments and the "attorneys" all present false and inaccurate information. Each Turnbull associate will give contradicting information while claiming to be correct. Every Turnbull associate blames the other associates for the false information .Turnbull client services, the attorney, and management are all aware of the details in regards to the false information i received. So far all claim to be unable to resolve issues noted above.

The attorney who called to "touch base" saw no record of my calls about the final account and seemed annoyed I asked.
