Dec 19,2024I would like to shout out to Jan Keller… she made me feel like she cares even though my debt was due to a spouse that became unable to work and not totally my fault she reached out to me after I was unhappy about how the program was working and walked me through some things we could change to make the program work better for me .. I explained to her my situation and she came up with a plan that worked best… I appreciated that so much .. sometimes life circumstances aren’t anyone’s fault and we get into financially trouble because of those and she understood that and still continues to work with me on resolving my debt and soon I’ll be debt free … my only issue is I think the fees are a little high but other than that I have no complaints

Dec 17,2024The last company owed sent me a settlement letter which I e-mailed to Turnbull law according to their instructions. They did not pay because they said they did not negotiate the settlement which make no sense to me. They said I could have paid the settlement, but I was following their instructions and giving it to them instead to pay, big mistake. Why they did not tell me this I do not know. Any way to settle should have been done and not prolong and continue to collect money for no reason. They said they are negotiating to settle the account and it will take another 6-7 months. All other accounts was settled pretty quickly.

Dec 14,2024Do not ever use them they messed up my credit and they gonna give you bad advice please do not ever use theses companies they should be prosecuted i regret why i use them until now i pay the price they gonna tell you to do not make any payment and then when the compny close your account if you owe they are going to negotiate and take they pourcentage and then you gonna pay the remaining and it will be almost the same price you owe thoses people will go to hell

Dec 12,2024I’ve used another debt settlement company in the past and never had any of my accounts with them resolve in me having a bad debt nor having the creditor file suit against me because of lack of payment. While being in this process with Turnbull, I’ve had multiple creditors go to collections and file suit for payment. Instead of paying one creditor at a time, payments should be split to all that accept offers with Turnbull.
