Jan 21,2025Started out doing great. i had an account that went to court. i gave turnbull ALL the information. even an email that said they would settle for half of the debt owed. no attorney would ever call me back. i was finally told by someone that i didn't have to go to court, that turnbull would. guess what? I didn't go and neither did turnbull. finally heard from someone after the fact but i'm not happy with the outcome. the company settled for a certain amount but the fees to turnbull didn't lower the cost at all!!! i am not happy and am trying to find a way to pursue this. I called them repeatedly and always the same answer, an attorney would get back in touch with me. they never did until I feel it was too late.

Jan 12,2025I was told information from one customer rep that I used to help me make a decision on a loan being added to my program. Then only to be told the information was incorrect and no they could not help me. This delay in information caused an issue because the time I was wasting with them I could have been looking for other options. After being a customer for over 30 months, I expected better service and at least reliable information. This is not the first time this company has given bad information. Another client that I referred ended up having their checks garnished due to Turnbull negligence. Buyer beware.
