Nov 23,2024I feel like you are put in more debt before you are helped. Instead of paying the debt off first and then collecting settlement fees they pay themselves first and pay the minimum on your debt. I do not recommend this program to any one.

Everyone I have spoken to has been amazing, and I love that I can do most things without having to speak to anyone (I hate talking on the phone more than just about everything.)

Nov 19,2024Turnbull needs to explain to potential customers with complete transparency the "exact" cost of fees paid and collected before negotiations began on customers accounts. This should not have to be broken down to the customers AFTER the contract is signed. Even though some of the settlements are good, the customer is basically giving back the savings to Turnbull on fees.
