Nov 02,2024In the very beginning it did seem like a very slow process, but it does get better. A lot of it with me is I had to quit watching the process. I like the occasional calls to check in to see how things are going and if the amount paid is still working well for me. Turnbull has been very good to work with and very helpful. Thank you guys for helping me with my bills.

Nov 02,2024The only reason they are getting a one star is because I can’t make the review without it. The communication is awful, what they don’t tell you when you originally sign up is that they make it next to impossible to pay things off sooner then they expect. They also don’t tell you that if you are able to finally get a lump some pay off it will take at least 60 days. They take all their fees monthly, they pull from your dedicated account when you make extra payments. This by far was the worst thing ever. You are better off calling each credit card you owe and tell them you are in a financial hardship then going this route. I WOULD not recommend to anyone! Collections may even be a better option because you at least can negotiate the debt yourself. It sounds all perfect and right when you get the first call and feel like you have no other option but DONT DO it. In the end you are making matters worse. It’s been a year for me and I feel like I have gotten NOWHERE!

Nov 01,2024Everyone has been kind and helpful, but we are not sure why it is taking so long to have set-up settlements with our creditors. We have deposited monies twice and only one creditor has been reached a settlement. Disappointed.
