Aug 30,2024I'm in the beginnings of this process. Was a little leary at first, but when I talked with real people I was feeling more positive. Turnbull Law Group seems to be a knowledgeable group. So far things are going smoothly. I've talked to at least four different employees and they were very patient with my questions and professional. They all seem to be very familiar with my case no matter who I talk to; like a big family that keeps closely in touch with each other. Yes, I would certainly recommend this group.

Aug 30,2024Your fees are not 25%, yes you get balance offers down but then you charge close to what balance was taken off so it’s like you’re not really cutting anything off so im paying the total balance i started with.

Aug 30,2024I wasn’t sure about going this route to handle my debt. My credit isn’t great and I didn’t want to make it any worse. But the reps I spoke with were very knowledgeable and explained process and put me at ease. My attorney was also quick to contact me. They have been here every step of the way when I had questions or concerns.

I just knew that the credit card spending would eventually come back to haunt me so I took the chance on this process. Aug 17,2024I turned over a Barclay account that was mine but in my husband name. He was served a warrant re this account. I sent to your office. Was requested I make more money into the account or nothing will be done. I live on a fixed income. I was recently in the hospital 2x and now facing serious surgery on Aug 30. I can not increase my amount that I am currently paying in my account. The lawyer contacting me said my case was closed until I can pay more money. This is not what I understood when I started. I have been with your company x 2 years. Never missed a mo payment. I need help in you contacting the debtor to let them know this acct is in your account

Sep 08,2024I have to admit, after nearly 5 years of working with them and still not having my debt paid off, it feels like this process wasn't worth it. I have one remaining debt of $12K, and nearly $9K in my account that needs to be paid off. Yet, every month, it feels like the balance never gets closer to being resolved. At this point, I don’t understand why they can't call the creditor and negotiate directly. It finally dawned on me that the reason might be the high fees they charge. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them again, and I am determined to stay out of debt just to avoid working with them in the future. On top of that, my account password never works, and I never receive the reset email. For a company taking in so much money, having a properly functioning website should be a basic expectation—it's almost laughable.
