Company will always respond to any inquiries and make adjustments as needed. They are prompt and very dedicated to customer needs. Jun 07,2024The customer service agents are professionals who take the time to answer questions. Most have a sense of humor and generally seem to care. What does not make sense is when the negotiations agree to settle $450 over 12 months. That amount should be settled in 3 months max.
