The belt clip did not fit. After looking up the specific clip I needed it didn't fit. It shipped in a timely manner but was wrong size.

I placed an order with this company. Because it's in California. Thinking I would get my purchase on time for work. I was never able to check the status of order online. I got a call about a tracking number. But wasn't told a tracking a number. Still waiting on product.

Bought 2. They improved our communication ability on the job greatly. The only question we had was why did we not do this a long time ago. I purchased 1 more for another coworker. We use a Bluetooth ear protection which allows having the side where I stick the earpiece in off while being able to hear whatever I have playing in the other ear muff. Never thought it could be this good!

Fast shipping, but I received the incorrect item. For the molded semi custom earpiece, it says to specify what size and which ear you need when checking out. I requested a left medium, but received a right medium. It's a good product, but I already have one of that type.
