May 21,2019Needed help with disabling the voicemail feature from an extension that gave my address and office hrs. Customer service said voicemail couldn't be removed, but like magic, she added time to the end of my ext greeting file so that callers would not hear the beep right away. Great workaround. Super friendly and quick. Very impressed with Unitel Voice and sales/support staff. Thank you!

(Honestly did not learn too much on the website) Diana was incredibly helpful explaining how the numerous plans work, what we pay for and what we can do in our future plans to maximize our UniTel accounts.
