I like the service UniTel Voice provides. Their support is very helpful. When I needed assistance, they helped me get my voicemail/greetings/extensions set up properly! Their prices are reasonable also!

The team at unitel could not have been better! From Kristen who arranged the pricing and options that best fit our needs to Frank who made the implementation seemless, it was an awesome customer experience. It is nice to get over the top customer service which unfortunately is hard to find anymore. I recommend unitel to everyone!

Frank definitely lived up to his last name. ;) He was very helpful, had a pleasant demeanor, took the time to answer all of my questions, took down notes when I made suggestions, and even provided me with additional info regarding my account and how to utilize it better. Starting a business is nerve-racking, to-say-the-least. Last week was especially painful; and this week was looking like more of the same. That is, until I called UniTel Voice to check my acct. and reschedule my setup! Fortunately for me, Jenni answered the phone. Jenni had a calm voice, which was immediately settling. She did what most customer service has forgotten. SHE LISTENED!! The entire process took less than 15 mins. Fifteen minutes and I have a more positive outlook. I've gotten more done in 4 hours, than I did in two days last week. Courtesy, professionalism, kindness, all goes along way. Grateful!! WAY TO GO UniTel Voice!
