My experience with Unitel’s texting setup has been one frustration after another. After waiting far longer than expected to get the texting feature activated, I was relieved when it was finally turned on, only to discover that it only supports outbound texts. Inbound messages—critical for two-way communication with clients—simply aren’t coming through and it's been a week. After following up again, I learned that the issue is still under investigation by their texting vendor, with no clear timeline or resolution in sight. The response that I keep getting on my Unitel ticket basically amounts to "don't call us, we'll call you". This delay in communication and transparency has delayed my new program start date with my clients, and each follow-up with Unitel just reveals more roadblocks. It’s been disappointing to depend on Unitel for a crucial feature that still isn’t fully operational, with no proactive solutions or updates. I hope others are cautious about relying on this service for time-sensitive needs.
Every person was helpful. I had a few issues with billing and some call connections but so far so good.
I keep having the same reoccurring issue where someone in your company needs to reset my call log. It is extremely frustrating.

Great customer support. They walk you through setting up and navigating the system and do much of the set up for you including setting custom greetings. It's easy to add additional phone numbers to your account and other changes can easily be implemented.
