Apr 30,2024I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that I know that Unitel is a superior phone service. As well as that they have people that assist you with their products to get you started with their product. For me this is a win, win, win, & time saver that allows me to move on to the next project of the many projects that I have to get done, this also allows me to know just how wonderful this product is, vs me spending my time learning how to set it up in the dark. (like most services now a days) It was not difficult, but I needed to know & make sure that I had done everything correctly for what I was looking to do. It took Greg the rep 20 mins maybe and it was done, just about any product out now a day you have to know their system. which means learn how they operate and its not always a few minutes some times its days, and there are loops and flips that you have to go thur and you still dont get anywhere you have to where a thousand hats and that's not your lane. Your building a business not hunting for people to do the service or learning how to do that service, I really do appreciate UNITEL for having Vision to see this and to help their customers they are a responsible company with vision, and tact! Mar 13,2024I appreciate having a real person walk me through the set up. I also used the chats a couple of times and got help right away from a real person, not a bot. Everyone I've interacted with seems like they really understand their product. Unitel's customer service is 1000% better than One Talk's that I switched from.

Feb 26,2024I called customer service so that they can make it so both my landline office phone would ring simultaneously with my mobile phone. They did that in about 5 minutes and so now it makes me more versatile in ways that customers can contact me, so I'm very pleased with that.

Feb 22,2024My experience has been great, and thank you. It was a little intimidating to set it up at first but support came right in and helped me. Actually, set it up for me. I'm a one-woman show, and for that reason, I want to come across to the public as the professional that I am and Unitel will support me in this. There were many competitors out there, and I did my research. Big is not always better! Unitel came across to me as the company provides personalized services to its customers, and that is what I received thus far. Thank you.
