The sign up was honestly very easy. This is my 2nd warranty Ive bought through upsie
Great Price!!
Easy and straight forward
Great warranty and amazing job at a wonderful price.
Had a phone where the front screen and back is cracked. While I am looking at my account on-line and reading out the plan number, your customer service rep cannot find the plan in your system. It's your plan number. Obviously, since I was logged in I can see my account information such as account number and plan number for that phone and he can't find it. Not good.
Payments are decent monthly for cellphone protection 7.99$ but they still have my plan status as processing I sent them a email with the receipt for purchase but it still says processing plan so if something happens to my phone how will I make a claim and get repair covered makes no sense why it is taking so long to process my plan I paid them first monthly service fee and can't even use the service if I need it
Bring back the pay upfront option - then it's 5*!!
I had a lot difficulty activating due to your web site. First, it would not accept my address. Then I had difficulty supplying the model number. This process shouldn't require five or six attempts.
You charged my credit card BEFORE I put in my information. I reported it to my credit card company, so you need to cancel the charge or my credit card company will.
Company changed policy, made it so no repairs are possible same day. Told me differently when I purchased policy, representative
I was able to buy this warranty quickly and easily, and I used a discount code.
I am very pleased to write this review. Ive had the best experience over the past 3 years with Upsie. Outstanding, fast, reliable customer service. Every call, every question, everything responded in a professional cortegious and timely manner. Last but not least I had to use this service for a screen claim for my Samsung S21+, and it went super smooth, in a flawless, expedite way. Not to mention the cost of this insurance is half the price I would have had to pay with the service provider. So 5star service, and THANK YOU Upsie.
Easy and fast let's see how you are when I need to claim
Why would I pay for a warranty on top of my already existing warranty that’s stupid and the site is deceptive in how that is presented.
It was a user friendly website that made it simple to purchase insurance for my lg oled! Hopefully I will not have to use this insurance but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
The experience that I have had so far has been wonderful. Really easy-to-use site and you have almost all the products that I can see would be needed. I gave five stars just based on the initial interaction and the sales aspect. I don't know how the service is should I ever need to file a claim but I am hoping to never need to either so, for now I am really happy with offering.
Worst company ever been since 20 January no phone no answer asked 3 weeks ago to return my phone since nothing it now march 1 .
The worst experience I have ever had with a warranty company. I have 4 phones covered through this company. I purchased an ADH plan which should cover accidents. My son dropped his phone getting out of his friend's truck and it was run over and broke into many pieces. I called on January 9th 2023 to submit a claim. I was told that since the phone was in pieces it could not be repaired and I needed to submit photos for proof of the condition. I asked for an email address to submit photos and was then told that I had to pay my deductible prior to them giving me the email address. I paid my $99 deductible and submitted photos that day. The CSR verified my information for Zelle and said once the claims department approves the claim in 24 to 48 hours I would receive either a replacement device or the cost to replace would be sent via Zelle. On Jan 14 (5 days in) I received an email from a claims rep stating he needed the color and storage gb of the iPhone. I replied to his message right away and received an auto response that he was out of office and would return Wednesday. After hearing nothing back by Thursday the 19th, I called the Customer Service number again and the rep stated he sent a message to claims and I should hear back in 24 to 48 hrs. The following week I called back on Tuesday and got the same story. Called again on the 27, same story. On February 2 I called again and was transferred to a claims rep where I was told that I needed to submit photos again, I did so. I was told they were trying to secure an identical replacement or would send me the $$ for replacement and I would hear back in 24-48 hrs. I received an additional email from the claims rep requesting a photo of the backplate of the device showing the imei number. I replied stating that iphones don't have this information on them. After another 48 hours on February 9th, 1 month after my claim was submitted and deductible collected, I received a reply via email that since I am unable to provide the requested information, my claim is denied. WHATTT??!! WHERE'S MY DEDUCTIBLE THEN?? I intend to try to complain to a manager but it seems my warranty isn't worth the space the contract is taking up on my computer! I am canceling all 4 warranties after submitting this review. Who knows when I'll see that small prorated refund AND the refund of my deductible which I'm likely just going to file a complaint with Visa to get my deductible back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I was told two days for approval of estimate and then two days receive payment by zell. I'm going on day 16. This company is the worst company ever. They make you pay up front and then submit forms to get reimbursed. They tell you don't get the phone fixed until they approve it then go get it fixed then pay it then submit a reimbursement form. As I said before I'm on day 16 and no payment yet. They'll never get mine again.

Apr 12,2023I put in a claim for a cracked screen on my iPhone. The associate at Upsie told me if I opted to bring the phone to get it repaired in a shop where I lived I was to email the claims department with the claim number and the estimate from the store. He said I would get a response right away if it was approved or not. I brought it to the Apple Store and did exactly as I was told. I never got a response/approval. Four days later and I’m still calling Upsie to find out if they approve my claim or not. It’s the Apple store. It’s a cracked screen. It’s a very simple claim and a common one, I’m sure. I don’t know what the delay is but every time I call Upsie they transfer me over to the claims department and no one picks up. I’ve been on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time.
