So I ordered 4 vapes one of them that came to me last night was broke all the oil was out of it so I contacted the company sent a picture and a video of the Vape and they literally told me there’s nothing they’re going to do so pretty much they stole my money and it will not give it back or replace the broken Vape that I sent them a picture and a video of I will never order from this company again ever.
This is the only company I've ordered from online and I've had all positive experiences with my purchases. They ship out super fast, trustworthy tracking, packaged well. Fair pricing. I always come back to VaporDNA.
Doggy at best. & their customer service is more useless that tits on a bull! Tried to contact them several times but you never get a response. Other review sites mention the same problem or worse yet not getting items that they ordered & calling this site a scam & saying to stay well away. I'd recommend the same. Glad now they didn't answer & I couldn't pay for the huge order I had in my cart, is saved me a lot of money.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I have reached out to customer service (Miguel). They are NOT helpful in any way at all and give mostly cocky email responses. USPS lost my package (already spoke with USPS). Vapor doesn't want to contact USPS, reship replacement items, offer a refund, or do anything at all to help. As my local vape shop closed I was looking for a new store to order my vape supplies from. Guess I will keep looking. EDIT Response to VaporDNA: " Although we do strive to provide the best customer service we can..." Your customer service rep offered NO HELP and basically just told me to keep waiting. "If a shipment is lost we do ask the customer to submit a claim with the carrier." This is the first time anyone from VaporDNA told me this. Almost like customer service should have told me this the first two times I told them USPS lost it. Edit 2 (12/09/20): A supervisor reached out to me and has issued a refund. This is fine and all but the fact that I not only had to come here to post my experience, I also tracked down (through Google) a manager I could reach out to. I am unsure if I will do business again with this company. Time will tell. Also still nothing from USPS.
I paid extra charge for 9days express shipping and its been 13 working days already but they couldn't even give me a tracking number until now, 5days ago I asked them regarding my order and they said, it will arrive within couple of days without tracking number, if I can just place a review without putting a star, i would!!! Very bad services, I will ask my cousin who is very well known youtuber allover Australia for a favors to mention how bad the services of this store!!! They Were Very Patient Emailing Me And Delivering The Exact Manufacturer I Wanted As Charlie’s Chalk Does Outsource Some Of There Juice To “BRS” And “AVAIL” I Find The Original To Have A Better Flavor, They Hand Picked Them And Made Sure I Got What I Needed On Time Give A Day Or Two Difference But There’s Covid And Also Was A Holiday. Paid ten dollars for two day shipping. 5 days later order isn't here and still across the country. They refuse a refund for the extra that I paid for shipping. Don't recommend if you're low on juice or need it this lifetime. Only reason it's a 2 and not a 1, is because customer support replied to me quickly to tell me I was SOL.
Terrible customer service. Told them my suroin air stopped working and I had the 2 year warranty. But how convenient the warranty didn't start yet. Then they wanted a bunch of pointless videos and pictures of my vape not working just for me to get in depth and disassemble basic parts of my vape to better explain whats wrong with it just for them to say I now voided the warranty. Just a total waste of time. Should of just let me mail it in and then get an answer if they could fix it or not. Rant over
I ordered 3 little coils bc everywhere else was sold out of the ones I needed. That was on the 1st it's now the 17th still haven't recieved them. Tracking it and its saying should he here between 12pm-4:30pm today but still everywhere else I order from is literally always 3-5 sometimes 7 days max and yes I take into account the weekend when ordering on a friday. But still I ordered my latest mod coming from china same shipment no rush or anything and I recieved that 8 days earlier than from this place in California. If you have the time to wait I guess it's ok otherwise check other places first. Ok so just received my coils, everything was good with them atleast the one I'm using now so as far as product goes it's good just shipping time is pretty slow. Like I said before if you cant find what you're looking for anywhere else than I'd say order from here just dont expect to recieve it for atleast 2+weeks

I live in Massachusetts, so finding Vape Shops/Wholesalers/Distributors who will ship to MA (whether devices, parts or juice) is stupidly difficult, VaporDNA ships only Parts and Devices, i recently bought a Smoktech Fetch Pro 80w kit and 5 Coils, This was on Tuesday Morning, i had to buy juice from a Different Company who wont be named, On the Same Day At the Same Time. Its Friday and ive received my Juice, but VaporDNA still hasnt even shipped my order yet. I buy online to avoid the 4.5-6hour round trip to Connecticut or New Hampshire for my Vape needs. when it comes to VaporDNA, id rather drive there (its in Cali) and Back to Boston, it would be quicker than their shipping (not even kidding, it really would be)
I had ordered a sub ohm vape for around 40 dollars and had changed my mind a few days after. I contacted customer support and they refunded my request within a few hours. Thank you very much for refunding me on such short notice and you’ll have my business again. :)
Wish I could post pictures, but basically, I received my product after like a month, the charging port came broken, in order to charge the device I have to hold the cable in a weird uncomfortable angle, I contacted support and asked for a replacement, after like 7 emails they finally offered me either store credit or a refund (didn't mention what's the total price for the refund or store credit) the sneaky man mentioned that if I choose store credit I'll get the 45 return policy renewed. So I go with the flow, I mention in the email that if it doesn't include the shipping costs too then just ship a replacement directly, but no, they completely ignore my requests per usual and decide to just take that one word I said and make god knows out of it. Bad customer support overall, broken product I should be giving them a one star but I'm not because I know this is probably just a rare case, regardless even if I received the order and per say emailed the support, I would've given it max 3 stars because of how bad it is, imagine paying warranty and getting those type of answers. Update: as I was typing this review, they finally agreed to a full refund. AFTER OVER 20 EMAILS BTW and it started with a partial "STORE CREDIT" FUND. These guys will literally try to tire you out and they think you don't know.

Had a device turn faulty about a week after use, emailed for any tricks to fix it and got offered a full refund and all i had to do was take a picture of the serial number on the box, responses were also super fast especially during these hard times of COVID-19 where everything is delayed, they’ve got a lifelong customer now, never disappointed with VaporDNA
I placed an order 2 days ago didn't make an account befor hand but to complete the order I had to give my email which I did. I screen shotted my oder number befor I left the page thank god because I didn't and still have received an email from them with my tracking number now when I go back to there site to try to view it it asks me to log in I try to make an account and it says theres an account with this email already when I never made one so I have no way of tracking what I purchased or what's even going on with it I've called multiple times and have gotten no answer at all

She gave me a credit, not only for the device, but for the wasted coils (which were not the problem anyway, as proposed by their incompetent customer service associate called Omar---->just a little heads up, don't deal with him). It's nice that their managerial team has INTEGRITY. Thank you!!! Was a long time customer, until they did not back up their product. Purchased a Voopoo Navi Mod from them, out of the box the seemed to be ok. But within a few hours, the vape started leaking badly. Notified the manufacturer first, got the runaround from them, saying that it was a pod issue and not a Mod issue, and they would not do anything about it. Ok, so I contact VaporDNA, I'm a LONG TIME customer with them, over 7 years mind you, spent alot of money with them. They'll take care of my problem right? WRONG!!! They told me that the issue was not the vape Mod, but the pod, and so I said ok, make it right. Send me a new pod, since you are telling me that this is the issue, not the Mod, and we're good to go! NOPE! Go pound sand they said. This is directly from the Customer Service Team's email to me: "Typically in cases like this we can sometimes make exceptions if needed and offer partial compensation for the kit if the pod is defective as the price of the included pod is typically less than the value of the pods on their own. In this case since this is a clearance item we would not be able to provide further assistance in this case." Wow, 7 years of customer loyalty, down the tubes, for what $20.00, if that??? Don't do business with them. Their customer service is terrible, they placate you along the way, and their shipping prices are off the chart too. They're many companies out there who will not charge you $12.99 to ship ANY SIZE item via Fedex, with no other less expensive shipping options available.
