Jan 19,2025Customer service is fine. It's the treatment itself that didn't work for me. I had one session of misrosclerotherapy for thread veins, and 10 months later the veins are about as bad as they were before PLUS I now have quite bad brown staining from injections all over my legs. Yes, I was aware before agreeing to the procedure there is a risk of permanent staining. And yes, I am aware repeated treatments are required for thread veins. But, as always, one hopes for the best! And, obviously, after suffering such bad staining, I have no desire to go through this again. I hope I will be able to find a treatment that will rid me of these dark spots. Otherwise, I will never have confidence to wear something above my ankles in summer.

Jan 19,2025Had a great experience at Veincentre in London. Receptionist Clare, nurse Kim, and Dr. Ammar made the entire procedure smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I felt well cared for throughout the process. Highly recommend this wonderful team!

Jan 13,2025FACIAL VEINS: They don't tell you the correct recovery period. They say: "there will be a degree of redness and inflammation around the treated areas. This should settle within several days, if not hours." This is absolute nonsense. It's been over 5 weeks and the redness/scarring is worse than the veins were. It takes a couple of layers of green cream, then foundation and at least 2 more layers of concealer to cover. My face is more red now than it was before. I wish I never had it done. They said the redness would subside really quickly, but burns do NOT heal quickly! And the scabbing, all very noticeable. You couldn't go to work or lead a normal life for at least a couple of weeks. I can't see my face ever returning to normal. I'm absolutely gutted.

Jan 12,2025I was very satisfied with my treatment at the Veincentre, Knutsford. Dr Ananth Krishnan and his assistant were excellent, reassuring and maintaining some good humour which I appreciated. The seven - ten days after period was uncomfortable but I had been advised of this. The follow up procedure went well and I am very pleased at the improved appearance of my legs, it was well worth it and I have no hesitation in recommending the Veincentre.

Jan 10,2025From the minute I walked into the Cardiff clinic for my initial consultation until I left after my final treatment, the service has been second to none. The staff are really helpful and attentive and put you at ease straight away. The clinic in Cardiff has a really relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and my surgeon and nurse couldn't have been more professional or pleasant throughout the whole treatment process. The treatment itself was clearly explained and very straightforward and my recovery time has been quick and relatively painless. I'd highly recommend Cardiff veincentre to anyone who's considering any kind of vein treatment.

Jan 10,2025I had EVLA & foam sclerotherapy on my leg for varicose veins at the Oxfordshire clinic and am delighted with the result. I was apprehensive beforehand but the team explained everything clearly & all were very friendly & supportive. The treatment process itself caused only mild discomfort & it was great to be able to just walk out afterwards. The recovery time takes just a few weeks but didn’t stop me getting out & about albeit taking it steady at first. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend having the treatment done & the Vein Centre are superb. I wish I’d had it done earlier!

Jan 08,2025I had evla and foam treatment on a large, ugly vein that ran across my left thigh back in June 2024. Everyone involved at the clinic from reception to Mark the consultant were fantastic. Treatment was quick and absolutely pain free. I walked in and walked out. After treatment I was left with what looked like a long bruise on my thigh for months but now six months later that discolouration has gone. Also had a long flight in October and for the first time in years I didn't have to put up with the aching and discomfort during the flight. I wouldn't hesitate to have the treatment again if I needed it.

Jan 06,2025I have just completed my follow up appointment at Veincentre Rickmansworth. I had EVLA and sclerotherapy on both legs to resolve ongoing pain and discomfort from my varicose veins. I used Veincentre Rickmansworth as my wife had been very impressed my them when she had her veins treated. I was equally impressed - by the consultant Dr Andrew Wigham, the nurse Marieanne, the centre and the results. I would highly recommend.

Jan 03,2025I had endovenous laser ablation and foam sclerotherapy to both legs. The procedure was straight forward and relaxed. Whilst uncomfortable at times it was not painful. The consultant and attending nurse were very friendly and professional throughout the procedure. The recovery and results - i was able to continue with normal exercise and training within the week and I am very pleased that around 90% of the unsightly veins have improved significantly in 12 weeks and hopefully the remaining will disappear over time. Would highly recommend the VeinCentre for effective results

Jan 02,2025For a number of years I have suffered with thread veins and three years ago I used one of your competitors but the results were mediocre at best! Three years later and my thread veins getting worse I decided to look for an alternative treatment provider. When I saw the very positive reviews online I decided to give Vein centre a call. As you can imagine I was very apprehensive and reluctant to throw good money after bad, but I needn't have worried as I saw instant improvement even after the first visit! My issue is that I have hundreds of little thread veins all over my face so it will take a number of treatments to remove them, but so far the results have been fantastic! Thank-you so much to Miss Becky Powell my nurse practitioner. Becky is always very professional, but she has a a wonderful and friendly personality which immediately puts you at total ease. Dec 24,2024I started my treatment for varicose veins at Vein Centre Birmingham. The staff are excellent, very professional, open and honest about the realistic results with the appropriate treatment. I have to say my results are amazing. Today I wore a skirt for the first time in 20 years ! My most recent treatment was with Becky Powell for thermo vein ( tiny red veins in the legs ) . Becky was welcoming, professional and very friendly too. She explained everything clearly and was again honest with the results I should see . Thank you Vein centre I’m very happy with your service and shall continue my journey with Becky for my desired results. I would recommend vein centre 100%

Dec 22,2024Just wanted to say a big thank you to Bianca my consultant. Karen on reception and Liz and Maura who both assisted Bianca when carrying out my procedure. The whole experience at the Vein Centre based near Colchester was both friendly and Professional. I felt totally relaxed in there care. Really pleased with the results so far and I’ve been assured that over time the appearance of my legs will continue to improve. I would definitely recommend the service they offer and I’m sure I will be back in the future for any further treatment that I think may be required. 😉👍

Dec 21,2024I had particularly bad varicose veins at the back of one leg and my other leg had been damaged in a car accident as a child leaving me with soft tissue damage and swelling. I had soreness after exercising and was also self-conscious about wearing shorts. I was nervous but from start to finish The Vein Centre team at Southampton looked after me and did a wonderful job. The change is pretty unbelievable to be honest and my legs continue to improve. As a patient you do need to take some responsibility for ensuring the positivity of the outcome so it's important to do as you're told with respect to aftercare but you are very well informed and supported through this. Many thanks to Anna, Jenna, Sue and Kayleigh Highly recommended.

Jan 20,2025Everyone at Veincentre Gloucester has been incredible. I was very anxious throughout EVLA and schelotherapy and they were brilliant with me, kind and patient. When I had concerns after treatment they got me back in to deal with it and offering reassurance when they needed to. My legs are completely different just a few months on and I would highly recommend the Gloucester branch to everyone. Thankyou to Dr Deepak Vishwanath, the nurse and the receptionist for everything.
