Wir warten seit 15.03.2021 auf unsere Ware. Anstatt den Vetsak zu erhalten, werden wir von Klarna wöchentlich schikaniert, warum wir die Rechnung nicht bezahlen. Wir sollen Mahngebühren bezahlen, obwohl keine Ware gekommen ist. Klarna behandelt uns wie Verbrecher und wir müssen mit Screenshots nachweisen, warum wir nicht bezahlt haben. Und das nahezu wöchentlich! Dabei ist der Fall ganz klar, wir haben auf Rechnung bestellt, und erhalten die Ware einfach nicht. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen die Finger von Vetsak zu lassen. Entweder bezahlt man und erhält halt die Ware nicht, oder man bestellt per Rechnung und erhält die Ware auch nicht. Dafür hat man aber viel Spass mit den verschiedensten Abteilungen von Klarna. Vetsak hilft hier genau 0. Der Kundenservice ist ein Witz. Ich bin jetzt gezwungen unseren Anwalt einzuschalten, damit wir Klarna loswerden. Das kann man sich echt nicht ausdenken.
Vetsak als product is fantastisch! Comfort van de zitzakken als ook de covers is echt mooi. Maar leveringen op tijd is echt een probleem. In maart besteld en in juli nog steeds geen producten. Ook in 2020 heb ik het getracht maar hetzelfde probleem; niet op tijd leveren en geen communicatie.
I orderd an outdoor cover for my large beanbag. I’m 12 weeks in and No delivery. My order is placed through a Dutch retail party but they receive No information about the current order. Im dissapointed and worried. There is no way to get in contact with VetSak and there is no way to justify a 12 week delivery time with no explantion what so ever.
Habe das Sofa seit Oktober letzten Jahres. Die Sitzqualität hat mich von Anfang an nicht überzeugt und die Qualität ist ebenfalls mangelhaft. Nicht nur die Optik des Cordbezuges hat schon nachgelassen sondern es gibt auch schon vereinzelte „Fädenbildung“. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Kann jetzt auch nicht auf übermäßige Belastungen zurück zu führen sein, wiege 70 kg, keine Partys etc.
Ordered a very expensive modular sofa in the beginning of March. Due to the website 35 days delivery time. After more than 35 days I sent a complaint. I received back an email from the company telling that the delivery time is 8 weeks now, where they confirmed my sofa is still within the timeframe, which is a lie.... Because when I ordered it online they promised 35 days. Furthermore they promised the delivery date would be 19/4, but suddenly a delay has occurred due to Covid-19. I’m getting super tired of this excuse! They promised delivery date would be 30/4. But still no news. According to their customer service it was sent from Slovenia 26/4, but they haven’t a tracking number so it’s impossible to track the sofa. And of course they already withdraw the money when it was ordered back in March. So at the moment we have almost €9.000 flying somewhere.... It’s such a bad service. Would never recommend this company to anyone. If we knew it would be so delayed I would have ordered it somewhere else. Looking forward to see if the comfort is almost €9.000 worth, as well as the wait worth!!!! If we ever receive the sofa of course.... I have my doubts. Too bad Vetsak!!!

Bei Bestellung wird eine Lieferzeit von 30-35 Arbeitstagen zugesichert, nach Ablauf erfährt man, aber erst auf Nachfrage, dass sich die Lieferzeit einfach so mal auf 4 Monate verschoben hat. Kann ja mal vorkommen.... Bei Bestellung im Februar 2021 war ja auch noch nicht bekannt, dass es durch Corona zu Verzögerungen kommen kann.... Ohne Anzahlung geht gar nichts, also werden die Kunden von Vetsak einfach mal für 4 Monate als Bank missbraucht.
I had to wait a little longer than expected for my beanbag ( around 2 months) due to Covid 19 however, it arrived last week! I am super happy with the beanbag! It came in 2 boxes. It was air wrapped so I had to take the beanbag and out give it a good massage to let the air back in. It does say it takes up to 48 hours to inflate properly. I then put the cover on and enjoyed my vetsak bean bag straight away!! It did have a rather fishy smell for the first few days but now it is fine! I sprayed it with fabreze! It really is a perfect piece for my lounge and so comfortable! I really want the sofa now but will have to save up for that! I ordered the faux fur in beige. It is a little darker than I thought but I love it!!! However, a word of warning.... these beanbags seem to grow! the bag is so big it looks rediculous where ever I put it! So a word of advice.... unless you have a huge room do not buy this beanbag! I do not live in a small house and its huge! Customer service would not help as it was over the months trial....Seeing as it took 3 months to get to me I thought they would be more accomodating.... If anyone person wants to buy an xl beanbag in cream fur please contact me!!!
They say delivery time 35 days. I’m waiting already more than 84 days and still no news

Jul 26,2021The product is good… once you FINALLY get it. Just know, they will tell you that it will be up to two months but really you won’t get it for six. We ordered our bean bag the end of January and didn’t receive it until July. We were told on the site it would be a few weeks. Then when there was no word of it I got on to customer service. They did get back to be after a few days and told me it would be three months. Three months went by… no bean bag. So of course I’m mad at this point. They said they were low on supplies and that it would take a bit longer but offered a refund. I finally got an update that my bean bag wouldn’t be there until July 2nd. July 2nd went by… I didn’t get it until mid July. We did like it but just know it is a nightmare of a wait and they do no updates you (except one time) on your product.
