Oct 01,2024I've had my vetsak sofa for over 4 years .I have 4 sides and 3 seats .its all it says it is . Has not lost its shape.easy to move around . Easy to change the covers. The large 100cmsq seat is awesome. .I love that it's so big when I'm sat back on it nothing hangs off .(my feet).the sides are also big enough that I put a tray on it and use as a little table . In all. Super happy. If your able to wait out the delivery and cost .I think this is a good investment . Everyone who has visited me are very impressed. Ps.you can also use your seat and a table if you put a piece of glass on it .maya.

Sep 24,2024We’re incredibly happy with our Vetsak sofa – it’s everything we wanted for our chill space! The comfort is truly as good as it looks. I first discovered the brand while visiting friends in Düsseldorf, where I came across their shop in a central shopping center. Initially, I was concerned about the delivery of such a large item to our home in Spain. However, everything arrived within three weeks, which was faster than expected, and the sofa was in perfect condition. One of the best features is how modular it is. Moving it from our front garden into the house was a breeze, and it easily fit into the room we’ve designated for it. Any other type of sofa would have required movers and probably caused some damage to our property. Our kids love it too – perhaps a little too much! All in all, we’re extremely pleased so far. Yes, it’s an expensive product, but given how well it fits into our home and the comfort it provides, we’re hopeful it will serve us well for many years to come.

Sep 23,2024Geen grote opmerkingen op de zetel of de klantenservice. Zit super fijn en toen ik een vraag had over leverdatum, werd deze binnen 1 dag beantwoord. Wel vraag ik me af of de materiaal prijs-kwaliteit wel OK zijn, maar dat zal ik pas over een paar jaar weten. :) De bezorging is echter een compléte chaos. Zelfs mijn relatief kleine zetel wordt in 14 (!) aparte pakketten geleverd, gewoon met de DHL en nadien Bpost. Je krijgt dan plots een bericht dat hij onderweg is en moet dan maar zien dat je thuis bent, anders levert men in het postkantoor (en mag je dozen beginnen sleuren). Dan slaagde de post er ook niet in om alle pakketten samen te leveren. 9 pakketen werden geleverd op zaterdag. Nog eens 3 de maandag nadien. Dan nog eentje op dinsdag en van het laatste is de leverdatum nog niet gekend. (Dat laatste is echter OK omdat dit komt door een opsplitsing van de bestelling.) Voor de prijs die je betaalt is dit écht niet OK. Zelf de bezorgers van de post zeiden me dat ze écht niet snappen waarom bedrijven zetels via de post zouden opsturen. Vetsak moet mijn inziens echt een betere bezorgmethode zoeken.

Sep 15,2024I've been using Vetsak sofa for half a year now and don't regret my purchase. As it's quite an investment I was afraid to order this sofa. But it turned out to be a good choice, I like that it's modular and you can change the sofa cover or wash it. I have it in the lightest colour (almost white) and the fabric is durable and easy to clean. The delivery was smooth (within 4-5 weeks) even though I expected some troubles with it after reading other reviews.

Aug 07,2024Top Customer Support. Ich habe mir eine vetsak Outdoor Couch bestellt und habe dann bemerkt, dass mir die Farbe und der Stoff nicht wirklich gefällt. Konnte die Bezüge problemlos umtauschen. Der Support war hier super schnell und unkompliziert. Die neuen Bezüge in Linen Olive Green sind der Hammer! Qualität top.

Jul 27,2024Wir haben über einen Zwischenhändler ein Vetsak Sofa bestellt und hatten hier leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen müssen. Der Support von Vetsak war aber super, da sie uns bei der Kommunikation mit dem Zwischenhändler unterstützt haben. Schade, dass die Bestellung über Vetsak so viel teuerer gewesen wäre, als über den Zwischenhändler.

Jul 15,2024Great customer service, finally a customer service that isn’t copy/pasting answers. They followed up all along for my special request. The couch looks even better in real life. It was a bit long to assemble but it’s 100% worth it. It’s comfortable, the pillows are especially nice. I took the linen platinum and it looks great on our terrasse, all of our friends commented on it. I hope it will survive the rain well but so far it seems to repel it well!

Der Kundenservice hat über die Chat-Funktion super funktioniert. Mir wurde sehr rasch und bemerkenswert sympathisch weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank dafür! Ich freue mich jetzt sehr auf mein wunderschönes Outdoor-It-piece. ;)

Jul 11,2024Tolle Produkte, tolle Couch und ein wirklich super Service. Ja der Preis ist nicht niedrig aber was man dafür bekommt ist wirklich lohnenswert. Wir hatten Probleme mit ein paar Bezügen und es wurde wirklich toll und schnell reagiert und nach einer Lösung gesucht - also auch der Service ist top!

Oct 02,2024We ordered from Vetsak during the summer promo. Customer service was super helpful ensuring we got the discount and although they were probably busier than usual our sofa shipped towards the early end of the estimated period. Our sofa shipped in 19 (!) boxes which were delivered over the course of 4 (!) days by the French postal service. Our postman was nice about it but having to bring several huge boxes to our door for days in a row was probably quite annoying and I feel like there’s definitely potential for a box or two to get lost or delayed which would prevent you from being able to set up your sofa. But fortunately that didn’t happen to us and I’m sure it’s rare. I think it would be really great if Vetsak could use a shipper who keeps all the boxes together as it’s also a bit annoying that you have to ensure you’re home for the delivery on these separate occasions. Once it arrived our sofa was very easy to put together and we absolutely love it. It’s really comfy and it looks great. It’s worth the slightly annoying delivery process!
