Aug 02,2017David took loads of time with me, didn't push for a sale and allowed me to make my mind up. I walked in with no appointment and he was great about it. Then when I decided what I bought was actually not what I needed having returned home, he refunded me with no questions. He was responsive on email too, in fact making suggestions to me and generally staying helpful. Great service, so much better than a chain, and he knows his stuff without being "preachy" to non or semi-audiophiles. Can recommend without reservation.
