Jul 11,2017Bought Sonos soundbar but didn't use it since for two weeks as I just moved in to new house and I was waiting for internet installation. Next day after internet was installed I tried to connect the Sonos but it failed to work with Virgin Router. Open support case with Sonos and they said both systems are not compatible. Sonos has 100 days free return policy but shope doesn't want to take it back even when it's completely not usable. I wouldn't not recommend this place.

Jun 27,2017Although you were unable to find a specific fault in my CD player, it has worked perfectly since you looked at it. Possibly a bit of dust was causing a problem and was displaced when you inspected the inside of the player. Thank you. NB. I have not been able to access the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
