Sep 27,2023Best Vacay ever. Splash Street Villa was awesome. Plenty of room for our large family. The game room, Speak easy, second floor gaming area and best of all the large pool. Bedrooms were comfy and well appointed. There were a few minor issues that was readily taken care of by Villatel's awesome team. We will definitely return.

Sep 26,2023The home and area were breathtaking!! The only issues we had on our stay were one of the washing machines and one of the dryers had issues, the ceiling fans on the pation would not come on, the theatre room had no sound, and the hot tub was not hot. We found out on the 3rd day, that you had to pay to have it heated. Other than those minor issues, this home was amazing and had enough room to house I family. Would recommend this location to everyone and stay again myself!

Sep 25,2023The size of the Rock & Roll house was great, the bedrooms had great designs. There were a few issues that we had during our stay at the house. We didn’t have remotes, we couldn’t play pinball without the ball getting stuck (due to zip ties holding something together), and the water wouldn’t get hot in the sinks and showers among other issues. We called and reported the issues and someone was sent out to assist. We received new remotes. They couldn’t fix the pinball game because they couldn’t remove the glass top. Also, they said just let the water run for a little bit before you use it, but that didn’t help.

Sep 24,2023This place was huge and super accommodating for family and friends. There was so much to do in each room and you could never get tired of it. My personal favorite was the home theater and playing basketball in the pool. Not only was it equipped with so many games, it was also super clean and beautiful!

Sep 24,2023Every single room within the house was extremely clean. There were so many amenities, you never really got bored. You've always had something to do, honestly you can just stay at home and try something new every single day. Highly recommend it!

Sep 21,2023The house was absolutely beautiful. And I would love to know what kind of mattresses and pillows you have. We were a large group and enjoyed all the rooms and the pool. And the view from the back of the house was gorgeous. Watched the sunset every night.

Sep 19,2023Very Accommodating We had a group of 12 adults. We had plenty of room. Speaking of rooms, our room had a very comfortable bed and a big bathroom and closet. We had a dining table with 14 chairs, great room area was very spacious. The kitchen was also very large w/two refrigerators. The house, pool w/hot tub was very clean. Upstairs we had a movie theatre with very comfortable seating. Down stairs was a game area that had a bowling lane, a room for karaoke, and arcade games. The house gave something to do for young and old. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Sep 18,2023The house was Wonderful! Came down with family from Ohio for our son's wedding. We loved the area, the pool and spa and the whole house! We had a couple of issues: Large refrigerator smelled strongly of fish (we had to buy baking soda and put in the fridge), the air hockey table did not work, and during our stay the one sliding door would not lock. Other than minor things, everything was great! I would recommend using Villatel and we will use them again!

Beautiful view from the pool Jacuzzi downstairs all the way upstairs to the games pool table darts Xbox for the kids golf movie theater lots to do and worth it! I would definitely come back and stay again recommend with big family and children every room for the kids had different themes really fun and enjoyed every moment.

Sep 17,2023Such a great experience at this home. We had a full family, 11 adults and 4 kids with plenty of extra room. Everybody had something to do and enjoyed the experience. We had plenty of space for family meals and loved the game room for game nights. I would highly recommend this location. We didn’t have time to use the community area but it did look pretty great and was relatively empty our whole stay.

Truly had an amazing experience, everywhere was clean and tidy upon arrival also. I will be recommending this place to my friends & family.

Sep 29,2023My company booked a company retreat at Villatel. When we were told about the houses I presumed that the houses would be nice, but the experience exceeded my expectations. When we arrived, the house and it's contained facilities were sparkling clean. We had a games room on site and we all made good use of it during our off time. The pool was just what you would imagine an outdoor pool in Orlando to be. Even in the area, everything was clean and the landscaping was immaculate. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will keep them in mind if we go on a family holiday to Orlando in the future.
