Oct 25,2023This house had everything for our whole family of 11! The kids loved the game room, the movie theater, pool and their bedroom. Each family had our own space and bathroom which was amazing with so many people. Everything was so clean and organized when we got there. I wish we could have more towels/wash cloths so we didn't have to do as much laundry. I would definitely stay here again. One side note we thought we would have close beach access. We stayed at the very end of the street so we had to drive to the beach about 3 minutes, too long of a walk for adults and little kids!

Oct 24,2023My family stayed at a Villatel home in Melbourne FL. The house was awesome. It was a new property and felt high end. The home was very clean, and decorated well with unique fixtures and art. All the kids had a blast swimming in the backyard pool, ocean, and community pool. We didn't pick this property because of the additional amenities such as the games, theme rooms, and theater room, but they significantly enhanced our stay. We kept reasonably busy on this vacation, but any downtime was happily consumed with playing pac man, space invaders, darts, basketball, and watching movies. Those amenities provided a lot of fun and family bonding. Villatel management was accommodating and addressed all of our requests and concerns promptly. We did have some construction by our home, but we didn't mind the noice and the kids liked watching the action

Oct 19,2023The home was beautiful. The management company customer service was outstanding and very helpful and most of all very friendly. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Loved the kids theme room. The pool was also nice and heated. Very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely be booking again soon. The house looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed if you decide to cook.

Oct 15,2023The house itself was Amazing however there were a few things that needed fixing i.e. the circuit breaker that controls the stove keep tripping, the pop up electrical outlet in the living room didn’t work and the slide in the pool was dirty and needed cleaning, we called and reported it.

Oct 09,2023The community is gated and very safe/secure! The house was huge, perfect for the large family we have. It has plenty for adults and kids! Very clean and modern. Only minor issue with WiFi after a storm but the team responded right away and came out immediately and fixed it. This is our second year staying here! Highly recommend!

Oct 09,2023The property is beautiful and each bedroom had its own bath. The decorating was tastefully done. We loved the game rooms. The open kitchen and family room was great. There were some things that needed attention: someone else’s hair in our bathroom, the stove kept tripping the circuit breaker, baby nipples were found in the garbage disposal, general cleaning was unacceptable, the lounge chairs and slide in the pool were dirty, not enough towels for the people in the house. When we tried to use the vacuum, there was no belt. Overall, I loved the property. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival because the online pictures did not represent how beautiful the place is. I could definitely stay there again.

Oct 04,2023Well oiled machine!!!! From entry to departure, this company was on top of it! We were very excited to book a house with villatel after seeing an ad in Facebook for the gamers getaway. I was so impressed walking into this house. From check in to checkout, we were very happy with our stay. Upon arrival, two smoke detectors were beeping, I called the customer service line and was greeted friendly and told they would send someone right over. Two men came to fix the issue and they were very kind and considerate, and fixed our issue promptly. The jacuzzi wasn’t heating up that first night, and the next day it didn’t ever warm up so I reached out again and they quickly to fix that issue as well. Once those two things were resolved, we enjoyed the remainder of our trip without any further problems. The house was so beautiful, well stocked with the necessary dishes and cookware. My family just loved this place and want to go back soon. We never went to to the clubhouse pool or bar, mostly because we were too content in the house, but there was no parking and too crowded when we attempted it once. We booked this house to get away from the hustle and bustle life and just take a few days to enjoy each others company and be entertained without leaving the house- a plan that definitely was a success. 10/10 definitely recommend villatel.

Oct 02,2023Great!!! We had a very nice weekend. The house was really nice. Kids had a lot of fun, they enjoyed the theme bedroom and the play room. It would be nice to have a bigger Fridge. The one at that house was really small. We had to call maintenance a couple of times for the dishwasher that was not working and also the kitchen sink was leaking. The maintenance team showed up quickly. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Oct 02,2023The house itself is great! The parking is ridiculous especially for a family reunion of a lot of people coming from different states. The games always had issues! Hot tub wasn’t hot unless you paid extra for it! There wasn’t hot water in a lot of the bathrooms upstairs-I had to take showers in another persons bathroom! Workers were in and out trying to get stuff working, it would work for a bit then quit again. Other than that the house is nice. This was our family’s second time using this place. The 1st time was a much better experience. Not sure we will be using again though.

Oct 02,2023The only reason I gave this house a 4 instead of 5 is there was a mouse that we saw! We did get it and someone came the next morning to provide further assistance. The house was beautiful 😍. We couldn't get the karaoke machine to work but I don't think I knew what I was doing! Lol. Overall My family enjoyed their stay.

Sep 30,2023I didn’t like how we would have to pay to get a heated hot tub when most of the items either didn’t work or needed fixing. For the price I’d hope for better parking and not constant service workers talking throughout the house
