Aug 22,2023It was great the house was beautiful and private wasn’t too far from Disney it made me and my family stay in Orlando wonderful I would most definitely recommend to anyone going especially as a family it saved us so much money made our stay wonderful and made us feel as though we were at home. We are coming back and will be using them again.

Aug 21,2023Had an amazing stay in August with my family. House wasn’t too far from Disney and more than spacious for our family of 8 plus extended family that visited. Game rooms and kid rooms were welcomed surprises and kept us more than entertained. Hoping to return to this resort in the future

Aug 20,2023Welcoming staff was helpful .. and though we had a few issues in the beginning the maintenance staff was perfect .. they came in a and fix everything efficiently.. they had like 4 guys fixing the issues at once .. the pool was warm and clean and even the area was very clean .. they were working on some houses nearby and we didn’t even feel bothered the noise level was low .. even the neighbors were friendly .. would deff recommend stay for future family adventures

Aug 19,2023My family and I went on vacation for 10 days and we stayed in the Picturesque Paradise 10 bedroom Villa at the Solterra Resort and the whole experience was fantastic. We had no problems checking in or out and the house was extremely clean upon arrival. The house looked exactly like the photos online and the rooms were very spacious. The designs in all of the rooms were well thought out and it made us all feel at home. This house is equipped with all the amenities one could desire for a luxurious vacation . We had a lot of activities in the house such as scrabble, karaoke, bored games etc, so we were never bored. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone we came in contact with were very friendly. The pool was also a plus. My family and I didn’t have to worry too much about our kids in the pool because the depth was only 5 feet and that was great. I’d definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a family/kid friendly villa.

Aug 18,2023The house itself was very nice and comfortable. However, when we arrived, several items were not in working order. The projector room was not set up and ready. Several of the TVs were not working. One smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night because the battery was dead. Another smoke alarm went off randomly a few times as well. The door code to the door did not work when we got there and did not work for several days. The office staff was generally very responsive but we had to call them every day we were there and they got less responsive each day we called. We asked the staff to visit with a manager. The manager was not very polite nor did she appologize for all the mistakes that were happening with the house. We had great family time but had a rough time dealing with all the complications with the house.

Aug 16,20231692 Oak Blossom Drive is a Beautiful Home with wonderful amenities, more than enough room and space for our family, would definitely would love to visit again in the future, the only suggestion is to have cable TV access in the bedrooms

Aug 15,2023House was great size, but we had to call management every day because something else went wrong. The first day, we had a list of about 15 things that weren't working when we arrived. None of the TVs were working properly and had to be reprogrammed, several remotes were missing it had dead batteries, the grill wasn't clean, no trash bags or hand soap, etc. Additionally, the smoke alarms went off randomly 3 times during our stay, including once in the middle of the night, causing a few people in our group to have migraines the next day and miss our planned activities. For the price we paid to rent the house, everything should have been in working order. Only giving two stars because the house was great management was the problem.

Aug 15,2023Our stay at 1681 Oak Blossom Dr, Davenport, Fl was great for our family. With four teenagers, it was great that they each had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was great and got lots of use. We were all disappointed that the golf simulator did not work the whole time we were there and the bowling ally didn't get repaired until three days before we left. With the kitchen as big as it is, it would be nice if they would update the cooking utensils. It would also be nice if they had a single cup keurig coffee maker for the person that enjoys a evening cup of coffee. It would be nice if there were extra batteries for remotes as we had to call more then once for replacements. Even with the pesky hiccups we all enjoyed our stay.

Aug 24,2023I absolutely loved my stay at the house! I loved that everyone had their own room and it didn't feel like we were stepping on each other's toes. My favorite room was the theater room. I was in there every night. The pool was a great size and the arcade room was so fun. I will definitely be staying in another Villatel home.
