Oct 20,2021My Villatel experience was an amazing experience. My family absolutely loved the beautiful spacious property. The beautiful home was fully equipped for not only the chill people but for the ones who wanted to be active (swim, arcade, karoake, etc). I will definitely be back❤️

Oct 19,2021I didn't want to leave!!! The home had all the necessary amenities, clean, safe, beautiful, family friendly, and fun!! Can't stop showing pictures, and telling my friends and family about it!! I want to come back next time!!!

Oct 19,2021Our stay was very nice! Loved that our family each had a room and their own space. Little kiddos enjoyed every second they could of the game room especially the pool, was very nice!! Hope to return sometime soon in the future again!

Oct 16,2021Our villa in Davenport, FL was wonderful. We didn't have the right access code when we arrived but it worked out. When we wanted the pool warmer they sent someone out and then raised the temp for us. We did report several items needing repairs as we left and I believe they will be addressed for the next guests.

Oct 13,2021The house was clean and depicted correctly. Was beautiful and spacious. A good time was had by all! However, we did have an incident in where one of the anti Semitic neighbors keyed our cars. We were very disturbed about the attack.

Oct 13,2021We really enjoyed the house! It met all of our expectations EXCEPT for the fact that the emoji room no longer exist and we had no idea. The pictures on the site still show an emoji room and the house itself is called the “emoji house” so we were very disappointed to see that everything had been painted over. Besides that, the house was amazing. I would strongly advise them to change the pics for advertising purposes.

Lots of nooks and crannys where people can lounge without overcrowding, fantastic pool and hot tub which were my favorite areas, fun movie nights in the theater room, and too many arcade game challenges amongst friends. The house was clean and the host was very nice when I had questions. If you're not sure about which home to stay in, then book this home!!!

Aug 24,2021Everything was fantastic except for the pool. It seems that something was wrong with the filtering system, as the pool turned green and was unusable. When we called Jeeves and told them, they told us they were aware and were shocking the pool. We are disappointed that they didn't inform us of the situation. They should have warned us not to use it. All the rooms were terrific, One of the recliners in the theater was torn before we got there. I do wish someone would have been available to come see how it was working out. If we were to do it all over again, we would! It really was a great place for a reunion with our kids and grand kids.

Aug 09,2021Overall, we found the property pretty good. However, there were definitely some issues. First, we arrived at the property at 4:05PM and the cleaning service was still there. We ended up waiting in the driveway for them to finish until after 4:30. Second, the lack of any sort of treading in the bathtubs was a little shocking. We had elderly guests staying with us and this could have been quite dangerous; they ended up needing to put a towel down in the bottom of the tub to ensure they didn't slip while showering! The other big complaints from the guests were the size of the refrigerator (it was quite small for the number of guests that could be accommodated), the size of the outside garbage bins (it was really disconcerting to see trash bags everywhere in the neighborhood because the receptacles were only large enough for 2 small bags) and the lack of a DVD player and/or access to our own television accounts (we were limited to what the house had access to). One other minor issue was that the hot tub was LOUD. I mean really loud! When it was on, you could not hear people talking unless they were yelling. Other than these issues, we liked the property and Jeeves was always responsive when we reached out to them.

Aug 06,2021We had a lovely time during our "Framily" Vacation. We traveled with 6 families and a total of 10 children. The house was lovely and accommodated everyone with a couple of extra rooms to spare. The kids loved all of the activities that were available to them both at the house and at the resort clubhouse. The customer service and communication to and from the house manager were exceptional. The beds were divine! I appreciated being able to leave unopened food for the staff to donate to local food banks/shelters. There were some opportunities. The theatre room did not work the first couple of days. We were told that someone would be out to fix it but that never happened. We had to figure out another way to use it. There was also a smell in the theatre room that I truly could have done without. It stung the nostrils. The carpet and walls could DEFINITELY use a good cleaning. There was hair stuck to the walls with some type of sticky/gummy adhesive. The carpet upstairs could use attention before the next guests arrive. Overall, our experience was great! Our kids had a wonderful time. The adults had a wonderful time and it was just nice being able to vacation with family and friends during a pandemic and feel safe doing so.

Jul 24,2021Unfortunately, upon our arrival at this beautiful house we found the swimming pool water to be green. Needless to say, our grandchildren were greatly disappointed that the pool was not usable and represented a health hazard. We promptly called Jeeves, the maintenance provider for Stay Villatel to report the issue. We learned that the house keeping personnel had reported the issue earlier in the afternoon. Jeeves indicated that the pool company had been contacted twice about the issue and that it would be addressed. On Sunday, we contacted Stay Villatel where we were told that the pool company is closed on Sunday and pool service was not anticipated. We purchased multiple gallons of shock and added to pool in an attempt to begin cleaning the pool water. On Monday, we contracted Jeeves at 8:00 in the morning and were informed that the pool company does not open until 9:00 but that they would have the pool company provide service. A call at noon to Jeeves revealed that the pool company was not responding to phone calls. Finally, at 4:00PM, the pool company arrived, added a high volume of shock to the pool and changed an extremely dirty filter cartridge. Tuesday morning, the pool company returned to provide additional service and to scrub the pool walls. The pool was finally available for use Tuesday afternoon. We fully understand that maintaining pools in Florida can be a challenge, our issue is that Stay Villatel, Jeeves and the pool company failed to provide prompt corrective action which is rightfully anticipated when renting luxury homes. Stay Villatel did refund the upcharge of $280 for pool and Spa heat as an offer to compensate for their failure to provide the proper level of service. Regarding Ratings, we give the home and its location a five but the lack of prompt service on the pool issue a zero resulting in a rating of 2.5.

Oct 21,2021The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our group of 6 different households to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook meals and there were plenty of plates and glasses to go around. The starter supply of trash liners and paper towels was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay at the house as well as its proximity to Disney Parks. The Solara Resort common areas such as the pool, kids playground, and kids swim area were great, as was the FlowRider experience. The staff at Villatel was responsive when we had questions, especially about the pool heat. We asked for the pool heat to start on Saturday evening, and when the water wasn’t warm by Monday morning, they had a pool service staff member come to the house to check things out. Overall we were pleased with the house, location, and customer service of the Villatel team.
