From the moment we explained what we would like included in our holiday Dhaval has been extremely accommodating and worked very hard to achieve everything required in our trip at a very competitive rate. He communicated all relevant information by email and telephone calls and kept us up to date with how the booking process was proceeding. Everything was very easy to understand and we had no hesitation in making our final decision to book our cruise with payment of the deposit - again a simple task to do on-line. We would definitely recommend booking with Viva-Cruise if you are thinking of a taking a cruise or long haul holiday.

Jan 15,2022I booked a two week holiday with my family. we all completed our PCR tests in good time, however everyone’s PCR test came back except for mine. This was the day before we were due to fly and i was extremely worried and upset that i would not be able to go on holiday with my family and would have to miss it. additionally i had saved up the money for a long time for the holiday so i was extremely stressed. I called Dhaval and he instantly took the problem into his hands and looked to see what he could sort out for me. The situation escalated as we didn’t know for sure if my PCR would even come back the next day. Dhaval, Andrew and Anthony all worked until midnight (!!!) to try to find a solution to the problem. I am completely blown away by the customer service i received as they truly went above and beyond. They worked well outside of office hours which of course they did not have to do and they chose to do this. In the end, my PCR test came back in the early hours and they were able to get me onto a flight just a few hours later than expected. I am now waiting for my flight feeling extremely relieved. Thank you so much.
