She was very knowledgeable, always polite when discussing or asking what we did not understand. She booked an amazing holiday for us, looking forward to going on this cruise. Can’t fault service, and if holiday and everything else goes as smoothly as the booking process we’ll be very happy!

The only thing I can say is that Porsche was great when it came to researching and adding everything that we wanted included. She was in contact regularly to check if there was anything else she could help with and was always very happy, friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable. I will write a full review once I have actually had the holiday.

Oct 13,2023What a great holiday!! We booked this trip/holiday for my wife and my joint 60th birthday with Viva-cruise. We looked at a similar packages with other travel companies and due to the very competitive cost and the extremely good communication we booked them. I dealt with Madhav Thacker who is very good at his job, offering many suggestions and helpful advise along the way, even after making this booking with him. It gave my wife and total reassurance,, our money was well spent! Our 18 day trip included stays in Las Vegas, LA, a 7 day Mexican Riviera cruise, back to LA and then San Francisco. All the international and the two internal flights were also arranged by Madhav from Viva-cruise. Both the international flights and internal connecting flights were perfect and well organised. Well done Viva- cruise and especially Madhav Thacker a great job. My wife and I were so pleased with everything you arranged for us we both had a fantastic time !!! Aug 16,2023I had another quote from a company who were recommended to me. I was happy enough with this. I then found Viva cruise by accident and had a look at their reviews and called them. I have been dealing with Porsche and started with the same cruise and stay that I had been quoted already. The price was comparable but the details and the customer service she gave me was the best I have ever had in travel. I was a travel agent and travelled for 40 years plus. Porsche went out of her way, I changed my mind on cruise ships, how many passengers and internal flights etc but she was extremely patient and very knowledgeable and helpful. Even after I paid the deposit , the same evening I approved the holiday we changed our minds again, she kept on with this so we didn’t lose what we wanted and confirmed by email very late at night. This was way over and above what I ever expected. I would recommend Porsche to anyone looking to do a cruise/stay as she is thorough and genuinely wants to get the best for her customers.
