I have just booked another twin city break for next year, again dealing with Andrew. Always very polite, helpful and efficient, with nothing being too much trouble. Eventually I came across viva holidays which I have not heard of before. I did come across the holiday I wanted and more. After speaking to two very helpful gentleman I finally booked my holiday. I was sent all the information along with dates ,itinerary and when I would have to pay my final amount. Very pleased with experience, hoping my holiday will meet with the excellence.

He was very informative and even though we wanted to make quite a few changes to the original itinerary over several calls & emails. Madhav was very helpful and was able to accommodate us. Aug 25,2022Exceptional service and value! I have to admit that when I first saw the prices of holidays with Viva, I was concerned it was too good to be true and checked reviews of the company. This also worried me as all reviews seemed to mention Dhaval and it seemed suspicious. After taking the plunge and going through the booking process with Dhaval though, I realised why there are so many good reviews for him - he was just amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and he called me back several times with updates and alternatives, each time really explaining and clearly listening to what we wanted for our honeymoon. The end result was just out of this world! We spent 5 days in Vegas at the Harrahs hotel, which was right on the strip and perfectly placed for exploring. The hotel was modern and our room was lovely. We then flew to LA, for one night at the Crowne Plaza LA Harbor, which is a really pleasant and convenient hotel and was ideal to board our cruise from the next day. Again, when it came to the cruise, we were concerned at the quality we might be getting for what we paid, but we needn’t have worried! Our cruise was with Carnival on the Panorama and the ship simply couldn’t have been any better! Even the room Dhaval had arranged for us exceeded our expectations. After a week cruising around the Mexican riviera, we returned to the same hotel in LA for one more night - we arrived quite early in the morning, not expecting to be able to check in, but hoping they’d store our luggage until check in. The staff were so helpful and as our room wasn’t ready, immediately upgraded us to a suite! We ended our honeymoon with 5 days in Cancun at Playas dos Faranda hotel. Again, expectations weren’t high, but we were pleasantly surprised with a basic, but clean and well maintained room that the staff had decorated with love heart balloons and had left champagne in for us. It was well equipped with a fridge, free safe and excellent air conditioning. The hotel is in an absolutely stunning location, with direct access to beautiful beaches. There are 2 pools and a basic, but acceptable Buffett style restaurant. The highlight was definitely the Thai restaurant, in which the chef cooks a gorgeous 5 course meal at your table. The sister hotel is next door and the perfectly landscaped gardens lead into each other, so you are able to easily access the three pools and extra bar and restaurant there too. Every single step on our honeymoon, from flights and transfers, to locations of hotels and rooms had been meticulously planned out by Dhaval and it resulted in our dream honeymoon being a reality. At one point, I lost a transfer voucher and emailed Viva to see if they could help - I had a new voucher emailed to me within the hour! The service is just exceptional! If you’re concerned in any way about this company, please don’t be - they are clearly experts at what they do and make everything so simple, even managing to do it all in a way to fit your budget. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again! *****

Also, he went above and beyond regarding changing details, special requests and even advising on better hotel locations as we are a family. The agent I dealt with called Dhvale was very helpful, informative and also gave his own personal experienes about the cruise I have booked and different options to think about. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a booking or add any optional extras on top. All information was sent quickly via email Looking forward to the holiday now

He was extremely helpful and we also got some free upgrades. I would recommend Viva Voyage if you are looking for a cruise or cruise package. I don’t believe that you will find better. I’ve booked with Viva Voyage before and will do again. Always exceptional.
