Dec 05,2019Found Catherine and the team very helpful at Viva Cruise. Gave many options and variations to the original itinerary in order to suit our requirements. Would give 5 star but holiday isnt until August 2020. In the meantime things can change such as flight times, transfer times etc, which arent guaranteed this far in advance (this is expressed at time of booking). Obviously this out of Viva Cruise's control so providing alternatives are similar etc at no additional cost then all good!

Oct 25,2019I have only Booked the Cruise to Carribean (7 Days) aand trip to Cancun afterwards. Jade the travel consultant was extreemly helpful, in the flight arrangements, and Hotels, where we were given a choice of 3 hotels, 2 others with additional cost. We requested a mid ship Balcony and it was offered at additional cost, which we took up. I havent given 5 stars, as we have not been on holiday as yet. but hopefully that will all be good as the booking.
