He called when it was convenient for me to discuss our holiday and he spent time looking for potential outcomes for my requests for changes, additions and specific timings. This will be my first cruise and Kritika the sales representative who answered my call was absolutely excellent , answering my every question with her vast knowledge, even staying on the phone to guide me through the e mail confirmation process and ensuring I was happy with every aspect of the itinerary. Aug 22,2024We used Viva Cruise last year - 2023 for an amazing holiday to NY/ Niagra Falls and Cruise and when looking to book for a holiday next year 2025 - San Francisco / LA and Mexican Cruise - we thought we'd start our search using the wonderful service of Viva Cruise again! Vaibhav picked up our request which we sent online and he was brilliant! He listened to all our requirements - including Direct Flights and whereabouts we wanted our cabin to be on the cruise. He even booked excursion tickets for us too - for Alcatraz and a Hop on / Hop Off sightseeing bus. This is perfect as my husband has Always wanted to see Alcatraz! Vaibhav was so professional, extremely polite and so patient - guiding me through the planned itinerary and making changes where needed.
