Sep 13,2019Booked a trip to the USA and an Alaskan cruise through Viva Cruise and found them helpful throughout. We were told by British Airways, the day before we left for the holiday, that they had cancelled our return flight due to the pilots strike. We were unable to contact BA by any means and rang Viva. They were fantastic and arranged another flight, albeit a day later, and another nights hotel accommodation. Certainly took the worry out of the whole situation. All the hotels they booked for the trip were in excellent locations and good standard. Very impressed and would certainly recommend them.

Sep 27,2019First time using Viva-cruise to do my booking for 11 people. Maggi was excellent. She managed to booked for all of us without any problem. We paid what was advertised on their website. Very easy to get through to deal with any issues and were sorted out quickly. All in all I am very happy with the way Viva-cruise handled my booking.
