What a difference from my previous experience with Jetline Cruises. If the after sales and holiday are as good, which I have no concerns will be. Jun 29,2022Where do I start? Whatever I write will not do this company and especially Anthony justice for his time and patience in arranging our dream holiday. We were fortunate to travel to the states and onto a cruise. He made the booking process painless and stress free. We simply provided him with our dates, price range, preference and he made the rest easy. Ive travelled the world and he is by a long distance the best travel agent I have ever booked or arranged a holiday with. My partner and I changed dates, city and hotel preferences and he was so patient with us both. Due to unforeseen circumstances we also had to change our cruise option last minute. Nothing was an issue. Even when we were away we had not finalised our visa into Bermuda prior to our cruise. Anthony made the effort to contact us in Vegas and New York to ensure firstly everything was ok and secondly we had all the paperwork arranged prior to embarkation. Another example of him going above and beyond. He even contacted upon our return to ensure everything had gone ok once we returned home. We were due to go on this trip prior to Covid and it was sadly cancelled due to lockdown. He was exactly the same first time around with his time and patience. At that time we also priced through other agents and for anyone still reading no one came near. I wouldnt use anyone different moving forward and I cannot honestly recommend him and this company highly enough. Thank you Anthony from Craig and Kate

We need not have worried as the service by Dhaval was second to none . He is so patient and very pleasant, nothing is too much trouble for him. He took his time and found us the perfect package at a great price. We will be sure to recommend Dhaval to our friends.

Of course, due to the pandemic, the holiday was postponed to 2021 and then to 2022. The level of service was maintained throughout and, although details of the original Cruise and Stay had to change, Viva Holidays ensured that we are now looking forward a fantastic holiday, giving us exactly what we wanted. Mar 11,2022Booked a stay and cruise with Viva, very knowledgeable and helpful service. We arrange premium drinks package and all transfers. Recently returned and all was great apart from the transfers which did not arrive for pick ups on arrivals, this caused extreme stress and anxiety throughout the holiday. I would recommend Viva but not the use of transfers.
