A party of 6 of us we wanted a few changes to the standard trip and this was all accommodated Andrew was very helpful. Cant fault them have subsequently booked sons honeymoon, Rose has been very helpful.

Incorporating a fantastic trip to vegas and then a Caribbean cruise for our wedding. Madhav could not have done anything better, he was always polite and called back whenever we have had need to speak. 10/10 for this company and the staff.

Apr 12,2023I am just back from the trip of a lifetime organised fully by Viva Cruise. Andrew from viva Cruise was outstanding. We flew from Ireland to Miami. Spent 3 nights in Miami and went on a 7 night cruise around the Caribbean with carnival cruise lines. We stopped in Puerto Rico, The Dominican Republic and Saint Marteen. Hotels, cruise, flights everything was organised by Viva Cruise and everything went perfectly. Andrew was so accommodating and changed around dates for me, cruise lines, drinks packages you name it. He was happy to speak to me over the phone or communicate by email. Any queries I had after booking he was so quick to respond to. I couldn’t recommend him enough. The cruise package was also brilliant value for money even travelling at Easter peak time. We will be booking with Viva Cruise again!!

Apr 12,2023We had used Viva Holidays for a recent trip to Abu Dhabi and Seychelles. The booking process was not only easy and swift, but also much cheaper than we could arrange dealing with the airlines and hotels directly. A week after arriving back from the Seychelles, we engaged with Viva Cruises and Andrew to book accommodation in Miami and a Caribbean and Mexico Cruise. Again; the seamlessness can not be emphasised! Andrew provided a great recommendation for a hotel that Viva were able to secure at over 40% discount to the direct and booking.com style pricing.

I spoke to him over the phone on multiple occasions and also communicated through email. I couldn't recommend more! Everything was so easy and its great to have everything booked in one go. Plus it's great value! I am really looking forward to our cruise now!!

I cannot express the relief l had when booking it to find such an amazing company. Madhav was so helpful, knowledgable and extremely competent - nothing was too much trouble for him. Since Covid l had found whenever you phoned anywhere you waited simply ages for a response but with this company there is no such thing. They answer straight away even giving me his direct phone number. Well done indeed Viva Cruise and l have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company ( and especially Madhav! )

Dec 24,2022We were promised a show by mj or equivalent show but received nothing but excuses, very disappointed and we ended up paying $200 dollars for a mj show which was excellent! Only when we received Grand Canyon tickets I thought where are show tickets but we’re told there was no show, if I had known that may never have booked with viva as they promised but failed to deliver! No transfers included between airports and hotels which is quite a scary experience so that needs to be addressed. The flight,hotels,and cruise were all excellent however but the enthusiasm for booking was soon lost when there were problems after they had received all of the money. Please note viva used the mj ticket as a selling tool and at no point were we told that it wasn’t going ahead until a week before departure, they are just blaming a third party which is of no concern to me, whether it’s free or not is irrelevant as it was promised as part of their holiday package they were selling!
