Apr 27,2025You shouldn't have to use public forums to get a response from tech support for faulty product replacement! It took poking the bear with a stick publicly in a community support Forum, to get my defective light replaced when it died less than 6 month of use. The did replace it for free.

Apr 26,2025The frickin thing leaked. Only filled up halfway and I had to fix it with flex tape. Do not buy this product; return would be a pain and it’s garbage. Just to be clear I’m talking about the 100 gallon rain collectors.

Apr 25,2025I have had 4 items bought from vivosun that has broken within 1 week of use. 3 Fans and a Heating Mat. 4 zippers have broken on tents (had to put zip ties on them to zip and unzip tents). Two of the fans have been replaced, but customer support has stopped all contact regarding the Heating Mat. Strongly consider a different option when making your purchases.
