Apr 26,2025The watch I've purchase was great and loved it very much but the watch was sent with one missing part. I tried to contact the seller by sending emails multiple times but their service(s) after purchasing was not so good, they are slow on the email response(s) and most of the time they don't respond. They promised to send the missing part few days later after contacting the seller by phone call, otherwise they wouldn't even notice the order was shipped completely. They did not even double check the product before shipping out.

Apr 19,2025Disappointed I bought a Longines watch as a gift for my wife. Less than a month into using it, the watch stopped working properly. I sent it back for repair, and after multiple attempts to get an update on the issue or a timeline, I received no clear answers. They initially promised a repair within 2 weeks. Two months later, the watch was finally returned — and unbelievably, it still wasn't working right out of the box. I called again, and they promised to replace the movement and send it back within a week. I made it very clear that I was flying out of the country and couldn't wait any longer. Today is the promised day — no watch, no call, no email. Total silence. Save your time, money, and frustration — don't risk it.

May 03,2025If it seems too good to be true it probably is... Their Breitling watches are missing the serial number on the underside near the band. Look at the pictures on their website. This is a telltale of a fake Breitling.
