I purchased furniture including installation via Angi's list and to date the installation is not completed. The happiness guarantee is just a though and no resolution. My install has been rescheduled but I am doubtful it will happen. Angi's depends on folks picking up the job. If they don't, then they keep rescheduling. There is no guarantee. Don't use Wayfair unless you can install yourself.

EVERY SINGLE ORDER I placed with this company (10 out of 10 in the last 30 days alone & one canceled without any explanation at all) arrived way later than promised. When you become reliable on your shipping, and think about your reputation instead of using FedEx to save money because fedEx has a well known reputation of never delivering anything on time, I’ll come back as a customer.

I've bought 3 things from Wayfair in the last 4 months, and have had issues with 2 of them. The first one was a dining table and chairs set that I ordered in November 2024. I received the table after only a couple of days, but got an email saying the chairs were delayed. A couple of weeks go by and still no chairs. I call, get told they will be delivered in a couple of days. That date goes by and still no chairs. This cycle of me calling, being told they will be delivered in a few days ends up dragging on for 2 months with me calling them over 6 times, until one day they just decide to cancel the order altogether and refund me as the item was 'out of stock', despite letting me place the order. I had set up notifications before ordering the set for the chairs, as they kept going in and out of stock online, and during the 2 months where they were lying to me about the chairs being delivered, I got three notifications that the chairs had come back into stock, but apparently those chairs were not for people who had already ordered. Eventually, the chairs came back in stock, and i placed another order just for the chairs, and they arrived 2 days later. I ordered a murphy bed from them a couple of weeks ago, and I'm now having the same issue again. Twice I've been sent delivery information giving me a time slot for delivery, and twice its been 'delayed' the day before it was meant to arrive. I just called again, and they are saying the delivery service 'didnt provide a reason' for the delay, but that its been rescheduled for 4 days from now. This is the same spiel they gave me last time, blaming the delivery company, when they never even received the package. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, but they either cannot or will not actually answer my questions, instead just feeding lies about the status of the package.

I’m a furniture assembler and installer, working in this field for 10 years. My experience with this company has been negative. They’re looking for furniture assemblers, so I applied, passed the phone interview the first time, then waited a week—no one cared. I signed up again and passed the interview a second time, and still, no one cared. I started calling and writing to support. You know how it ended? They deleted my account because I successfully passed the interview twice.

Looks like Wayfair is losing customers due to a change in customer service. My story briefly, they sent me brown bedroom set, I ordered gray, took photos showing how it looks brown. I took photos with items next to my current brown bedroom set and with a gray towel on it. There is no argument on this, however, Wayfair says it has gray undertones. You can't make this up!!! Returned it they charged me $339.99 shipping for the return. Can you imagine a company sending the wrong items or misleading items to you then charging you the shipping fees? I've been ordering from WF for over 15 years.... Guess what NEVER AGAIN!!!

There is no way to leave a review of the table I bought. The description said it would take one person 10-15 mintues to assemble the metal table. This was false. It requires at least two people and they must be strong enought to hold 77 pounds of shelving while screwing in the bolts. The cost was low, for an item of this type but I am very disappointed.

Two times they screwed up an order and it took weeks and multiple time consuming conversations to fix it. The delivery teams are good. The people that place the orders, the customer service - they hire some idiots. Not all of them are idiots, but they hire a few. And if you get one on the phone you're screwed.

Beautiful kitchen card, easy to assemble with step-by-step instructions provided. Nice materials throughout. lots of enclosed storage and shelf space. Nice addition to kitchen or pantry space.

9nd 9f the worse companies. They will add stuff to your baset at last time check out and then won't let you cancel it. Ships cheap items thF you never orered. Then wants to charge $85 in shipping and only offers store credit. ChRged my card $785 and have returned every thing back and they have even confirmed that is was returned and says on e mail amount refunded but it.ia not. This is not the first time they have done this. But this time.i took note. I knew what was happening and read the reviews. This is a company that totally based on scams and fraudulently charging customers ridiculous amounts and make it soo hard to.get the money back. I.am still.fighting with my bank and it has been. 2 months now. Run run from this company. Don't even open their website. They find ways t9 scam and hack in to your bank information. They are functioning at high level scam. Use AMAZON where there is some accountability.

when I purchased the mattress it said I was supposed to get it on a Saturday, and I did purchased the mattress on a Tuesday and still today is Monday and no mattress, So why you have in your website that you can get this day but is not truth that you are getting it that day, plus you advertised "FREE fast Delivery" which is not truth

I bought outdoor furniture 11 months ago and paid $950 plus an additional $140 for a 5 year warranty. I just noticed that my grey cushions are turning light purple from where the sun shines on one of the chairs. Tried to file a claim under the warranty and was told that it was not coverage because the damage is weather related. Are you kidding me? Why would I have a warranty purchased through Wayfair from Allstate that does not cover weather related damage on outdoor furniture? So now I have thrown away over $1000 for purple furniture that looks like crap. Thanks Wayfair! Very disappointed. I feel like I've been scammed.

STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND ON 3 GIFT CARDS THEY TOLD US TO GET TO BRING THE PRICE DOWN TO STAY UNDER THE LIMIT FOR THE FINANCE TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE, THE FINANCE DON'T NOT ALLOW THE PRICE TO BE LOWERED WITH GIFT CARDS.STILL WAITING FOR MY 1100.00 NEXT STEP LITIGATION FOR WAY MORE THAN 1100.00

I recently purchased a home office desk from Wayfair. Absolutely in love with it! Came exactly as described and didn't take long to assemble. If you follow the directions which are clear and direct it won't be a problem. And shipping time was great!

Expect cheap customer service and crappy product We just bought a coffee table from Wayfair last October. Four months later, we came home finding that the coffee table’s legs were broken. Contacted wayfair and they said their warranty is only 30 days. They even dont want to send out replacement parts So be prepared to throw stuffs away if anything breaks :)

It’s like a glorified Temu. I bought a fairly expensive rug from Wayfair. It arrived cut (it was wrapped in plastic with an huge gash) and that was the first red flag I had that I should’ve trusted, but didn’t. I decided to give Wayfair the benefit of the doubt. A year later and this rug is by far the worst, most poorly made rug I have ever had. The amount of shedding that happens DAILY is just disgusting and my allergies cannot take it anymore.

Ordered two lampshades. Box arrived puctured damage to one shade. Offered me 25% credit? Also offered to send repair parts on a lamp shade. Told me they would send return authorization. None of this happened. Told me they'e ship another. That didn't happen either. Based on reviews from others, I would avoid this company.

Never buy from waifair. They are selling things that thwy know are defective and they sell them anyways and if you email them for resolution? They will put you in a run around without solution. They dont read the history of your email and they are really bad communication on resolution. When I ask them to send me a panel that have even spacing. And their response is, they will see if they can find one. Which means, they are pretty much aware of this and never mentioned to their customers. I will never buy from waifair ever again. I have spent thousand of dollars from waifair and none of complaint and resolution got resolved. They probably laughing when they read my email because they thought they fooled people.

Don’t buy from Wayfare because if you are unhappy with product they will not treat you fairly. I ordered what I thought was a 50 lb box of fatwood. They delivered a 25lb bag in a badly damaged box that was taped together & open on one side with wood falling out! They refuse to send me the correct amount( some secret group decided this) or replace the damaged half filled box. They assume I am lying as the FedEx guy hid the open side of the box in his picture. The only recourse I had was a $13 refund for a $63 item! Horrible customer service! I will NEVER buy from them again! Reply from Wayfare! This issue has NOT been resolved!!! Unbelievable! I have received NO communication from Wayfare on resolution! Was told they are investigating with FedEx where the other 25 lb package is. This was only after I called customer service for the 3rd time! Horrible customer service!
