Apr 08,2025We are going through a sell with them. It started in September 2024. Was promised a quick sell. They kept contacting us about an update as they want to get a completion date. Each time I contacted my solicitor, I was told WBYH haven't been in touch and they are waiting for the buyers solicitor to contact them. Buyer wanted it completed by end of last month. Not completed yet!!. Then after photos done was told they were lowering the price due to work needing done to house. They now saying house prices have come down. Our solicitor is still waiting for the paperwork from WBYH to state a completion date. NO QUICK SALE.... 7 MONTHS IS RIDICULOUS.... seriously thinking of pulling out and going with a different company!!!

Apr 02,2025The sale of our late mother’s property, to WBAH, was handled efficiently and professionally by Marcus Horner and Jade Regent. Communication was always timeous and friendly. The process itself was pretty straight forwards, although (due to several unusual circumstances) not as speedy as had been expected. One minor issue related to the Solicitors that were allocated to us (as vendors) by WBAH. Sadly, they turned out to be somewhat less than satisfactory and I would recommend future customers to consider using their own solicitors in order to bypass such a situation.

Mar 08,2025Politeness is the common term used in describing their attributes and I cannot deny that, as they maintain their politeness as they lie their way through the buying process and invent increasingly irrelevant reasons for reducing the price they originally offered AFTER they carried out their inspection and survey. In my case they reduced from £135K to £70K and then deducted a further 5% from a retention due to their own mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, NO MATTER HOW KEEN TO SELL YOU MAY BE.

Apr 17,2025Spamming my phone with unsolicited calls and messages, I’ve had four calls in two hours and one WhatsApp thread from them today. I have nothing to put on the market. I’m reporting them as spam and a cold calling nuisance.
