Feb 21,2024All credit to Greg, he was absolutely brilliant communicating from the start of the process to the end of process. They were open and transparent throughout the process so cannot complain. He even put up with my constant calling to chase solicitors haha. All in all, Greg had patience and support me with the long process of me buying my new home with a lot of hiccups from purchasing new property Obviously the pricing of only paying 80% of market value is what it is. But they are transparent from the start lovely pleasant service and finally completed 20/2/24 a long 5 months

Like sharks circling… After devaluing my home with all the so called work they had to do… was back on the market in a day with additional 100k on the price.

Jan 19,2024If I could actually give a zero review I would. Terrible experience from offset. So so frustrated now a month down the line and no further forward. The experience was dreadful stay away at all costs especially if you are a leasehold. Over sold and under delivered and just come back with a ridiculous offer. Total over offer in the first place. Would seriously not go near this company.

Mar 05,2024I have been really impressed with this company - I had had previous disappointments with supposed fast selling cash buying companies who had led me on the run around but I can honestly say that this one delivered as promised! House I had used as a rental and needed gone was sold for cash and literally only took the week! Very impressed at the speed of the company and the solicitor used and no fees which was fantastic. Unfortunately my valuation did come back lower than originally thought but this wasn’t their fault, just the way it is. Special mention to Tom who has been fantastic throughout my selling journey. His communication has been on point and he is professional and knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to listen to my need for a quick sale, pushing through things in rapid time. I cannot thank him enough. I would recommend this company!
