Greg, especially went above and beyond assisting me at every step of the way. He always kept me informed, incredibly patient, explained everything simply and was extremely professional. Thank you to Greg and his team for making what could have been a very challenging experience one that was smooth, quick, painless and efficient.

Dec 05,2023I honestly felt so looked after and respected by the two gentlemen Ross and Greg during the whole process of selling my home in such a stressful event they were wonderful it didn't feel like they were just focused on buying the house but were genuinely concerned with my wellbeing I could contact them at any time and the process was a lot easier than selling on the market it was a pleasure doing business with them

Nov 20,2023All credit to Greg, he was absolutely brilliant communicating from the start of the process to the end of process. They were open and transparent throughout the process so cannot complain. He even put up with my constant calling to chase solicitors haha. All in all, a quick, speedy process. Obviously the pricing of only paying 80% of market value is what it is. But they are transparent from the start so I don't know what people have to grumble about.

Nov 14,2023The initial valuation was good £53k under market price which I fully understood they need to make profit. Really quick service at arranging independent valuations once these were received the offer dropped again by another 50k, I still proceeded with the sale as I had completed all the paperwork etc and to be fair the stress of this property was making me ill. Unfortunately 24 hours prior to completion the price was dropped again by another 10k as an environmental report had flagged up a chance there may one day be subsidence in the area !!! At this point I knew I was being played. I just couldn’t face pulling out being so close to completing. Despite all this the sale was simple enough and quick. However the morning after completion and still not having received any funds the contractors drilled the door lock out, entered the house, removed all keys, stuck stickers on everything and walked dirty footprints and mud all over the carpets. I found this really disrespectful as the house had been left immaculate. The mess from drilling the lock out and the door was left black. Still no funds in my account. Would I recommend WBAH if you are desperate to sell and fully understand you will get absolutely no where near market value but want a quick sale then yes but I would seriously consider selling at auction or reducing the price first. The people I spoke to were all very pleasant. But the company they use to close properties down I wouldn’t entertain at all. I have received a reply from WBAH who seemed to have missed the point of my review which in all fairness is not a negative review. However there is absolutely no way on earth that any shoes were removed. You can actually see the imprint of the shoe on the carpets and floor so I’m not having that at all. I do have photos if you would like to see them.

Nov 08,2023The company have been very professional I must say especially Ross he had gone above and beyond every step of the way ,he had all times updated me always answering my emails and phone calls which have been a lot he was so very understanding can't thank him enough at times the journey has been hard ,but Ross always professional and understanding. I think the only down side and this is not the company it self but the solicitors and their are times lack of clear communication and not Always answering emails but the company itself and staff really good

Nov 01,2023They employ 'nice' people who make you feel you can trust them - but their business model seems to be all about sucking you in with higher than usual valuations , then slashing the valuation at the last minute when they think you are desperate. They valued my buy to let at £450K and knew I needed a quick sale to avoid a repossession. After I had signed their contracts and complied with their process, they didn't answer my calls for three days (if I rang their website number 10 times it would just ring out - but if I used my wifes unregistered number, they would pick up immediately - very dogy tactics designed to keep you hanging on as you get more and more desperate). At the last minute they slashed their own valuation to £300K!!! i.e. a £150K reduction!!! I got two independent agencies who both valued it at £450K. This is an unregulated sector full of absolute shysters who profit from your misery, so be very, very careful who you deal with - and trust no-one. UPDATE - dont believe their B/S response below - read the many other bad reviews they get and you can work out the theme for yourself. PS my property is 4 bed detached - they did 3 'comparisons' all were 3 bed (NO 4 beds) and 1 was a semi. Mine is prime location and 2nd line to sea (literally 5 mins walk to a sandy beach) - but all their comparisons were substantially much further away and designed to pick the worst available options. One of their so-called 'independent' agents had marketed the property themselves 5 years ago at £350K - and now apparently valued it at just £300K after a 40% increase in value in this area!! This was clearly a contrived attempt to fleece me at the last minute. My property is now on Rightmove at £450K with two reputable companies.

Oct 20,2023The initial impression was great m. The team were really proactive and the offer was far more than I expected. From there things went downhill. I expected the offer to drop significantly and they still came up with a number I was happy with, particularly as the property had a complex tenant on a low rent which they were made fully aware of from the start. The sale then stalled for weeks, phone calls were never answered and email was slow. All the time they keep you trapped with an expensive escape clause. Eventually sn bc agreement was reached and we parted ways without it costing me any money but wanted several months. I would recommend finding a good property auctioneer and talking to them before eating your time with any of these firms.

Oct 17,2023A frustrating experience caused by a problem with a limited power of attorney which went on for over two months, however the support from Tom and Ross was welcome as they also were frustrated with the problem, Although I did not get what I thought I would get for the house the fact remains I just could not done it without their support as my move was urgent and nothing was selling, and when a structural problem was identified I was glad that they still went through with the deal.

Sep 26,2023Morally bankrupt, deceitful shysters. I had the misfortune of coming across these absolute vultures. I dealt with an utter crook called ... (I Have been asked to move the crooks name) as they agreed to complete the purchase within 2 weeks. After 4 weeks they have not responded to my solicitors (which they recommended to act for me), the Individual (I Have been asked to move the crooks name) the unscrupulous creature has disappeared on "annual leave" and nobody at the cesspit of deceit AKA We Buy Any Home was answering my calls, which by the way seems to be a recurring theme. They did however answer when I called on a different number! To summarise avoid at all cost.

Sep 23,2023These guys were brilliant, I’m a firm believer in a house is worth what you get for it and these guys didn’t disappoint, a reasonable price , quick turnaround and fantastic service even if it is a little hard to get hold of them by phone but they always call you back, the solicitor fees were very reasonable, I’m happy sold and out in 3 months, next door neighbour is up for sale and still no buyer after a year, me I’m smiling and moving on, well done guys 5 stars.
