Our show was cancelled and we were given another time that we couldn't make. I contacted WeGotTickets and I had a reply from Will within 30 minutes telling me that I was getting a refund. Great customer Service
I booked a ticket but typed my email address wrongly. I sent a message to WeGotTickets who immediately replied and Zin corrected my booking and put my mind at ease about the venue admittance… I don’t have a smartphone.
Zin was extremely helpful when we had to re-sell our tickets due to Covid. Luckily the gig was sold out with a waiting list so sold really quickly. Great email communication too :-)

Having miss ordered for a dog swim at the Saltdean Lido I needed to add another dog. The main site won't let you order a dog swim without a human present which makes sense. Will set up a private link for me for exactly that and did it in super quick time. What great customer service. Thank you

Was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received recently. I had booked tickets by clicking the link for a particular date on the band’s website which in turn took me to WeGotTickets. Unfortunately the band (or presumably their promotion team) had included an incorrect date and my order defaulted to that date. When I realised that I had somehow booked tickets for a different date I called WGT. Firstly they were easy to contact, secondly they were really helpful especially Zin, and thirdly they resolved the issue within 24 hours. Very pleased with the way it was handled.

Sep 28,2023I bought tickets for my parents not realising the person who booked had to go. I emailed and Will and Zin sorted it all out for me, they swapped the name on the tickets to my parents and emailed the new booking to my dad. Such a help, thank you!!
