Due to illness with one of our party’s family members we were unable to make the event. This wasn’t a straightforward situation as the there was a possibility that all would be well. However after a fluid 5 days it was decided we would not go. Throughout this period the Customer Service advisor remained in touch and arrived at an outcome with the event holder to fit any of the possible outcomes. Over and above this the advisor showed genuine empathy and sympathy for the circumstances. Finally a refund was sorted for all tickets within half an hour of us providing our final decision

Fast and friendly communication when I wanted to resell tickets to a gig I couldn't make (I spoke to Zin). Very much the anti-Ticketmaster.

I was unable to attend an event due to illness so contacted the customer care team to ask if I could change them to another date. It was a last minute request (on the day of the event) and the person dealing with my request called Will went above and beyond to sort this out for me with the event organiser. The communication was great and I would highly recommend this company for their excellent customer care. First class service!

I made a mistake typing in my email address when booking a gig with wegottickets. When I queried the lack of confirmation email, I got the confirmation in seconds - pointing out my typo. This all happened on a Saturday - a day when wegot.. are not due to be providing support.

What a first class customer service experience. I emailed them to ask if I could allocate my tickets to someone else and someone got back to me almost instantly and it was sorted in minutes. I will definitely use this honest and reliable ticket agency again!

My partner caught covid prior to a gig. After a short phone call to wegottickets, the team took care of everything - contacting the venue and arranging a full refund.

I’m located in the USA and this was my first time using WeGotTickets and I wish we had this service in the states. The ease to sell two extra tickets was incredible. Will was so helpful and his customer service was excellent. Great job. Thank you
