Last week, due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to exchange a couple of tickets at short notice. WeGotTickets replied within 3 office hours to confirm the tickets had been swapped. I honestly wasn't expecting to be able to exchange the tickets at all, and definitely not in the available time, so will definitely be using WeGotTickets again and recommending them to others.

Excellent customer service - I needed get myself and friends moved together and put on the same evening which Con made really painless and then a confirmation the same day. I deal with lots of companies if they could only all be this good and helpful - thank you Con Fraser for great service !!

Many thanks to Con and the team at WeGotTickets for resolving a last minute panic I had when I couldn't find my ticket. They resolved the issue speedily and found my details (I'd put a typo in my email account) without any fuss at all. The relief!

I have to say that the WeGotTickets customer service is excellent. I had a recent problem, which may have been entirely my fault, and the staff at WGT were the soul of helpfulness. They are the guys to get your tix from.

We were unable to attend a concert. We bought our tickets through Wegottickets. We contacted them and a refund was given. From purchasing to receiving refund the matter was done in a throughly professional manner.

Bought tickets for a performance that was subsequently postponed indefinitely. When a alternative date was finally scheduled I was unable to attend. No quibble immediate refund arranged with excellent communication.
